Rojas Remodeling

Rojas Remodeling operates as a flooring contractor out of Midland, Texas. Lee runs the crew and takes on installs of wood, vinyl, and tile flooring along with related work like tiling showers, painting rooms, wall repairs, and full bathroom remodels that include removing old tubs, cabinets, and counters. The outfit also handles smaller projects such as building an attached carport. All the work stays inside the Midland area with Lee handling the scheduling and material choices directly with homeowners.

Customers describe jobs that center on new floor installs where crews sometimes uncovered black mold and walked them through the fix step by step. Lee has gutted restrooms and matched tile and fixture selections to pictures homeowners supplied, finished vinyl flooring jobs with good cleanup, and completed wood flooring plus interior paint packages. Other jobs included shower tile that matched a specific pattern request, insurance-driven repairs that covered carpet, tiling, and painting, and quick-turn flooring fixes when timelines were tight. A few reviews mention projects that stretched from three weeks to over three months with Lee showing up late and leaving plumbing in a shower unfinished, plus a backsplash that started falling off and a water hose left running that led to a large bill the company would not cover.

Lee answers calls and texts promptly, lays out prices up front with options when material costs shift, and gets crews on site the next day once approvals come through. Work often finishes ahead of the original estimate, crews keep noise down around people working from home, and they handle their own cleanup. Rates come across as manageable and the team coordinates directly with insurance adjusters to start repairs fast. A couple of reviews flag cases where the crew did not return to finish painting or fix grout problems.

The Google rating sits at 4.6. Reviews keep coming back to flooring and shower tile quality, clear price talks, and steady communication, though a small number flag reliability and follow-through concerns.

“3 week project took over 3 months, Lee never showed up until the end, which is still not finished because the plumbing in the shower is not working correctly. Save your time and money cause these guys are clowns.”

“Lee's work was totally awesome! Fantastic quality service. Highly recomend! He totally gutted my restroom, removing my shower, tub, and cabinets and counters. He had many ideas and helped pick out tile and fixtures. He was very helpful in the process. My restroom looks just like the pic I showed him and what to build. Thank you Rojas Remodeling love it!”

“Confused about the bad reviews. Honest people are hard to come by and he explained everything upfront with the prices. Also, the prices did change due to the fact that I wanted a different material which were more expensive. He called me right away and even emailed me the prices for the ones I wanted along with other options to choose if I wanted something similar but looked the same at a cheaper price. He even finished before the estimated time frame. I couldn't be happier. Thank you for your honesty and service.”

“Rojas Remolding did an excellent job of installing vinyl flooring for me recently . He did quality work and housekeeping was very good . I am going to hire him to paint our living room and install rock on our fireplace in a couple of weeks . I would highly recommend Lee for future remolding.”

“Theas gentleman are very good and they were very helpful with picking out floring and sowing us several different tipes of floring and when we finally picked one out they were getting materals and getting started with in the next day. Would highly recommend! And the workers are very mindful and caring for what thay are doing. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. And were mindful of my wife who workeds from home as to not make a lot of noise.”

“Rojas remodeling: 1. Left back yard water hose on causing a 500 dollar water bill that they refused to pay. 2. The backsplash that they installed is falling off and grout is crumbling everyday 3. Did not finish painting of cabinets. 4. Can’t be trusted 5. Hire at your own risk.”
