Premier Drywall & Painting

Premier Drywall & Painting handles drywall and painting work out of Missouri City, Texas, with Leandro running the crews. They take on installation, repairs, finishing, texture matching, remodeling projects, and new construction for both homes and builders. Painting comes in as part of the full job so walls go from bare to finished without extra stops. The outfit covers Greater Houston and nearby spots like Sugar Land, Pearland, Katy, and Cypress, with insured crews that show up for residential and commercial work.

Homeowners and builders call them in for fresh drywall on new builds, patching holes after plumbing or electrical changes, fixing water damage from leaks, and matching texture on older walls. One crew patched boiler damage, painted the area, and left the house clean. Another finished wall repairs in a single day on a first-time job and came back the next day to paint. On remodels they put rooms back together after other trades finished and kept the existing texture consistent. Repaints on bedrooms and hallways get even coverage and careful trim work, while punch-list fixes on new construction get handled without extra chasing.

They stay reachable and stick to schedules, with most estimates lined up inside a day after details come in. Written bids include digital takeoffs, and crews arrive on time for the work. Communication stays straightforward so builders do not need to check in constantly. Jobs run across the listed suburbs around Houston during regular business hours, and they return for any items that surface later in the process.

Reviews give them a 4.9 Google rating across the feedback received, with steady notes on reliability, clean finishes, and solid texture work on both repairs and larger builds.

“We’ve had Precise on a few of our new builds now. They’ve been dependable, keep things moving and I don’t have to constantly follow up with them. If something comes up during punch they get back out and take care of it. That’s really what you want out of a subcontractor.”

“Needed to repaint the master bedroom and a small hallway in our Richmond home and genuinely had no idea where to start. My roommate had used Precise Drywall and Painting before so I just went with her suggestion. Really glad I did because they handled everything super thoroughly, prepped the surfaces properly and the color coverage was really even on the first go. The finish looked clean and fresh and the trim details were done with actual care. Very solid work overall.”

“Used these guys on a remodel after we moved quite a bit of electrical and plumbing around. There were holes everywhere by the time our other trades were finished. Precise came behind everybody, put the house back together and matched the existing texture surprisingly well. Made the final stages of the remodel a lot smoother.”
