S-N-S Remodeling

S-N-S Remodeling runs out of Pasadena Texas as a flooring contractor that also takes on full home updates. Dan Shannon leads the outfit and his crew handles flooring jobs along with ceramic tile work, custom showers, bathroom rebuilds, kitchen changes, and related tasks like sheetrock and painting. They cover everything from small floor replacements to bigger projects that tie new tile into existing structures. The business lists itself under multiple contractor categories and keeps an office at 1211 Dunstan Rd.

Homeowners describe Dan and the crew pulling up old entry tile and putting down new surfaces, re-flooring entire downstairs areas during kitchen overhauls, and swapping dated fiberglass showers for porcelain tile. One job fixed a recessed shower that sat six inches into the foundation by raising the floor level and adding an in-shower light. Another replaced a master bathroom from 1983 that leaked, including new masonry boards for stability, a rebuilt tub frame, and fresh tile throughout. Crews also installed new bedroom floors and sealed and retiled balcony surfaces while keeping the rest of the house clean.

They show up on time, finish most work fast, and stick to the price they quote on the spot. Dan answers questions directly, explains options without pressure, and adjusts when customers change their minds. Jobs wrap in three weeks for full kitchens and baths or eight days for smaller bathroom updates. The crew stays respectful of the property, works cleanly, and handles the Pasadena area with fair costs that customers call reasonable compared with other bids they received.

Reviews give the company mostly five-star marks for solid tile and floor results, quick turnarounds, and straightforward problem solving on uneven or old surfaces. One customer noted a paint job that came out uneven and did not match the tile tones. Recurring comments praise the crew for staying on budget and delivering work that holds up well.

“Our 27 year old kitchen needed a complete overhaul. My husband and I created a custom design and Dan and his crew aced it. Not only does it look fantastic but they got it done incredibly fast. Not only did they redo our entire kitchen but painted our house interior, re-floored the entire downstairs and replaced a worn/rotted old door and more in 3 and a half weeks! As a bonus Dan as his team were personable and easy to get along with. They took any issues we had seriously and made sure we were happy. I could not recommend them highly enough.”

“I'm very pleased with my bathroom remodel by S-N-S Remodeling, Dan Shannon, and his highly capable crew. I needed a lot of advice on how to maximize the use of this very small space and Dan really hit the ball out of the park on this project. Besides age, space, and lighting, a big issue we had was that the shower was recessed about 6 inches into the foundation and also had a dropped ceiling. We did not know what, if anything, was inside the drop. Dan found that the dropped ceiling was just empty, unused space and added that back into the shower compartment. He also added a much needed in-shower light. He brought the floor of the shower up to be appropriately level to the floor which was something we really wanted as stepping into and out of that dark, wet 6-inch recess was sometimes treacherous. Dan's excellent planning provided us with about 3 or 4 more inches of much needed counter top space without making the room feel crowded. The very well-made custom cabinetry exceeded my expectations. Dan's use of recessed lighting, a low profile toilet, a custom-made cabinet above the toilet, and the larger tiles with fewer grout lines all contribute to maximizing the use and the feel of”

“Dan Shannon and crew did a wonderful job on my bathroom. His was the best price and he was very patient with me. I changed my mind a lot. He educated me and never made me feel less. He is a man of his word, he did exactly what he said he was going to do. I highly recommend SNS Remodeling, Dan Shannon. He will be doing many more projects for me. This picture does not show the true beauty of this small bathroom. It's gorgeous!”

“Hiring S-N-S Remodeling was absolutely the right decision. They did a fantastic job with maintenance on a balcony including a great job sealing and retiling the surface. Dan and team are a pleasure and were very respectful of the property while doing their work. We love the outcome of the work!”

“Overall good experience. The bathroom looks world's better than the deteriorating mess it was before. Quick completion in only 8 days. Only complaint is that the paint job was sloppy. Lots of unevenness and patchy spots and a texture was added to the paint that we didn't ask for. We were not asked to pick a paint color either. The paint is a very cool blue gray and the tile is a warm light gray. They don't match.”

“SNS Remodeling replaced my dated fiberglass shower and bathtub with beautiful porcelain tile, employing highly skilled craftsmen who cared about their work and results. Dan has been in business many years, he’s knowledgeable, easy to work with, and answered all my questions. I am planning another phase of remodeling and I look forward to working with him again. I highly recommend SNS Remodeling.”

“We hired Dan and his team to do a full remodel of our master bathroom, which was still the original bathroom from 1983 when the house was built. The whole bathroom was slate blue, including the tub and toilet, and was covered in dated tile and leaking. Dan came to take a look and gave us a quote on the spot which he stuck to throughout the project. They gutted the bathroom and rebuilt it from the floor up including installing new masonry boards to make the floor even and stable. They rebuilt the shower, bathtub frame, retiled everything, installed new shower, whirlpool tub, new plumbing, new vanity and toilet. They also painted the walls, cabinets and doors for us for free after we decided we didn’t want to do it ourselves mid project. Dan went tile shopping with me and helped me pick what would work best for our bathroom. Everyone in his crew was professional, fast and did excellent quality work. We were told it would take two weeks and it was as completely done within that time frame (actually it only took 12 days). The bathroom came out beautifully and we love it. Best part was Dan himself - he’s awesome! Super friendly and fun to be around and he knows his craft. He was here e”

“Dan Shannon is a wonderful contractor. His crews are experts at what they do. We had a huge job: completely new kitchen and front bathroom, entire new doors inside and a complete interior paint job, new floor in my master bedroom. Everything was done expertly and quickly. The job was done in 3 weeks. We are extremely happy with the job and highly recommend this company.”

“I spoke to 4 contractors before hiring Dan, and not only did his do outstanding work, but his price was very fair. His crew pulled up my old entry way tile and installed new tile. The best thing is that they tore off the old, ugly, tile front of my fireplace. His carpenter guy came in and custom built a gorgeous wood fireplace front that I LOVE. And, he did it all from just a picture! I highly recommend Dan and his crew. They're professional, experienced, and not outrageously over priced.”

“Dan and team have been remodeling my house little by little. I only do work when I can pay for it without a loan. Everything they do for me is beautiful. Started out with a full bath remodel and then several other smaller jobs. Most recently, his team built my back yard deck. I highly recommend them. Great guy and the same team has worked on my jobs for paat decade. His tile guy and cabinet guy are both exceptional. Price is fair and work is beautiful.”

“S-N-S Remodeling did an excellent job on both bathrooms, they are very professional and worked quickly. Thank you!”

“This is a great company. Dan is very creative when it comes to problem solving and takes a lot of pride in his work. I'd definitely recommend this company to everyone, and I'm sure I'll be calling on them again in the future. His work for me was top of the line and we could not be happier with the results and the cost.”

“Dan always gets the work done, on time and on budget. There has never been a project that he was unwilling to tackle, and we've been thrilled with the results every time. He is our contractor for life. Thanks Dan!”

“We've used SNS for two major home redos. The first one went so great that we used them again when our home flooded a second time. It's high quality work at a reasonable price. We've had them do: drywall, flooring, bathrooms, kitchen, cabinets, counter tops, plumbing, concrete, and more. SNS is good, and even more than that, they're trustworthy.”

“Great work, Dan and crew get the job done right.”

“BEST REMODELING COMPANY IN TEXAS”
