“Worst contractor experience ever. If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired Service Andy Pros to repair my fence, but it turned into a nightmare. Not only did they fail to complete the work, but they also charged me almost double the agreed amount. When I questioned the charges, they responded with threats and rude language. My ordeal began after Hurricane Beryl, when a portion of my fence was damaged. Service Andy Pros initially quoted $3,000 to reuse the good boards and replace the damaged ones. However, after 2.5 days of work, I noticed that many of the boards they claimed were reusable had large holes and were clearly unsuitable. When I pointed this out, they offered to redo the job for an additional $1,500, which I reluctantly agreed to. But the nightmare didn’t end there. When the project was nearly complete, they handed me an invoice for $5,700! According to them, the $1,500 was just for correcting their own mistakes, and they demanded an extra $1,200 for materials. I refused to pay the additional $1,200 since I shouldn't be responsible for their poor workmanship. To make matters worse, they left the job unfinished, with one board completely missing from the fence. I h”

“I needed some demolition and hauling work done on a structure in my backyard. The Service Andy Home Pros provided top notch service and quality work. Extremely professional and friendly. Pricing was excellent. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again. Had my 2nd job completed with Service Andy over the weekend. Not only did they take down old ceiling fans and install new ones, but they did an excellent job on painting my patio ceiling. They also trimmed my tree, installed my new garbage disposal but also installed new mud flaps on my car. I love this company. Truly professional, the best customer service ever, timely, honest, friendly and will meet or beat any quote you’ve received. This is absolutely the best handyman service around. Give them a try. You will not be sorry.”

“10/10 will recommend! Dave & his team at Service Andy Pros did a phenomenal job with our home refresh! We replaced all carpet in our home, transitioned our interior paint from flat to semi-gloss, refreshed all baseboards, added new & accent color rooms, filled any & all holes in the walls from previous decor, painted exterior shutters, and replace all bathroom fixtures! The prices are more than fair, I never ever felt like I was being bothersome despite all my questions lol. They got the job done very fast (4 days) and full service is available!! All materials were sourced and brought to my home by the team! This was truly a great experience, Dave’s advice was awesome, he made suggestions, he was the expert, and he was not pushy at all. I was referred to him and I will be referring all my friends! Definitely using this company for all of my future needs. “I had the worst experience with this company. After we agreed on the price, they started the paint job, a week later David said it’s too much work and asked for twice the price that we agreed on. I made a deal with him one more time to make him happy and we agreed on another quote. A few days later, he called me and said I have to pay him more. I was not happy with him. The painters started doing bad job and some days they did not even come to work. I had to call David multiple times to finish the painting but he did not care. Long story short they did not complete my kitchen cabinets and walked away. I had to find someone to install the ceiling fans and everything back together. David was making excuses each time I call him. After one month dealing with them, I was obligated to find another painter to finish the job. I would not recommend this company to any friends or relatives.”

“We needed to add an attic access door in the garage and had Service Andy come out to take a look. They came out and did a great job for our project. The job was a little more complicated than we originally had thought but Dave gave us all our options and in the end was able to complete the project and then some. They added flooring and a light and most importantly for us they made everything as secure as possible. We will definitely use them again in the future.”
