“I would have loved to give a 5 star review but unfortunately I can’t. We paid cash for our floors, no financing. We had our floors installed on time, as promised. Not even a week later, 5 of our room divider pieces just fell off from being poorly installed (we got LV flooring) and when we reached out to have them repaired, now 12 days ago, we were told someone would be out ASAP to fix them. Still, no one has been out, and my toddler has cut her foot now twice. This is completely unacceptable as it now poses a health and safety risk to my family. Since no one is willing to help us from the company, we will have to spend even more money in fixing their mistakes ourselves.”

“You cannot go wrong working with Joel at Floors for a Living East. After they had done two small rooms in the house, we went back and he handled the removal of carpet and the new flooring for over 50% of the 4200 sq ft house including the stairs. He monitored the installation and made sure everything was done on schedule. We were also dealing with us having to change some scheduling due to my Mother's stroke. He was very understanding and he and the installation crew worked around our care schedule in Galveston while we had the floors redone in Pearland. They also fixed a major issue with some flooring we got from another competitor for a small fee. The floors came out amazing and I will always recommend Joel and his installation crew.
