“We initially contacted Darell maybe a year or ago despite not being totally ready to do the floor in our garage. Fast forward to September of 2026 and we reached out again. During the interim he didn’t call and bother us or have some ridiculous sales process that sent us emails, text, calls, etc. He listened to what we said and waited until we were ready. He came out within a few days to give us a quote. He was personable, likable, and seemed trustworthy just like the first time. But with a contractor, you just never know until the work starts. He called me the day prior to let us know work would start a bit later in the morning than originally anticipated. One of his employees had a school function for his kiddo, which as a boss, says a lot that he values that time for his employee. I definitely appreciated the communication and heads up. Turns out they showed up even earlier than he thought. Underpromised and over delivered. When he originally quoted us, he said it may take two days. When he got to the house to do the install, because they were only a bit later after 9a, he asked if they could finish it in one day. Of course we were excited about it and definitely didn’t mind. ”

Kathy, one of the company sales reps, came to my house, analyzed my garage floor and recommended a three step process. This was to ensure that I would not have any future issues from a couple of areas in my floor that had an existing moisture issue. The crew headed up by Alberto arrived on time each of three days of the installation process. On the first day the crew thoroughly cleaned the floor surface using a very large floor grinder and smaller hand held grinders. After removing the excess dust they applied the moisture barrier to the floor. The second day included the application of the primer coat and the mica chips. The third day the crew removed the excess chips and did an extensive job of cleaning the surface ensuring the surface was properly prepared and ready for the final two coats of clear sealer. The end result is a fantastic floor coating that will last for many years. I could not be more pleased with the whole process and the final results.
