“The home we purchased was discovered to have water damage upon final walkthrough. The sellers had worked with H+R in the previously to fully repaint the home (it looked wonderful), and reached out to them again to remedy the water damage situation. I was notably nervous, moving into a new home - unsure of this company and how long it would take. Hector, Scott and team not only addressed all of my concerns, but did everything in their power to move as quickly as possible so we could enjoy our new home. The first day was all prep, they covered up every area that the teams would have to move in and out of the house to prevent damage. I was pleasantly surprised to see they cared for my home as much as I did. The damage was extensive (though the promised it wasn't as bad as they had seen lol). We needed to not only dry the water damage, but also re-sand/ stain wood flooring, replace carpeting, sheetrock, baseboards, tile, a bathroom vanity, among other things. The full remediation and repair took a little under a month. The team worked with me to ensure every selection worked for us, allowed us to upgrade carpet (past what insurance would cover for like to like replacement), in addi”

“Amazing job they just did. Héctor and his team were very professional, informative and responsible. H&R Renovations installed tile on my kitchen and living room area. The floor looks so smooth and level. Thank you Hector for your attention and your patience with me. I will use H&R Renovations for future remodeling projects. I really recommend this company.”

“Hector and his team remodeled my Kitchen and master bathroom a few years ago. We still love the work he did three years later. We are very happy we found his team. Excellent attention to detail, craftsmanship and good communication throughout the process. This was a very big project for our home and his team did meticulous work. Thanks!”
