“I had an outstanding experience with On the Spot Floor Care Inc. from start to finish. The phone consultation was exceptionally helpful, followed by a prompt home visit and a quick, clear quote. I also appreciated the timely service reminders and the fact that the representative arrived exactly on time. I’ve been living in my home for five years, and while it’s still fairly new, my carpets and area rugs were definitely due for a deep cleaning. The care and attention to detail shown were impressive, especially around my expensive furniture to ensure every carpeted area and spot was thoroughly cleaned. The representative, Chad was friendly, professional, and at the end took the time to share helpful maintenance tips along with bio-friendly product recommendations, which I truly appreciated. Payment was simple, and the receipt was clear and error-free. My home now looks brand like new again, and I saved thousands of dollars by cleaning instead of replacing my carpets and rugs. This was truly an excellent experience from quote to service to completion. I highly recommend On the Spot Floor Care Inc.! Thank you, Sincerely Dr. Thompson”
