“Fantastic job! The owner of the company came personally to do the job. They removed 1300 SF of saltillo tile with no dust during the process. They started on time at 8AM and were finished by noon. They polished the slab after and left it better than new. They took all the debris with them and even offered to take debris from another area that they didn't work on, that otherwise, I'd needed to hire someone to remove it. I wish all companies were this efficient. I'm an architect and will definitely hire them again.”

“I had researched the other competitors and when i found out they were a husband and wife business i decided to give them a try. The small business aspect helped me determine they were right for the job, the owner was on site doing the work- I like that alot, not to mention good 'bang for your buck'. I work in the construction field so i have a picky background when it comes to demolition jobs etc. Texas Dust Free did not disappoint! Occupying the home at the same time that this type of floor demo could have been a challenge. But these guys are so good and fast with their work there were no issues. They removed tile that had been in my home for over 30 years and left me a great smooth concrete slab surface in order to get my new floor installed. They even removed my fireplace hearth! If i ever need more floor removal at a great price, I will be calling them again.”

“John and Jorge arrived promptly, a bit earlier than anticipated in fact. They did quick work of measuring and within a few minutes I had a quote. I chose to move my appliances myself and had just about everything moved already. They got set up quickly, putting plastic sheeting across all my belongings, cabinets, counters, etc. and were breaking up the tile by 9am. The team of 3 had just about all the tiled areas (400 SF or so) demolished by 11am and were cleaning up the debris. By 1:30pm they had ground down all the thinset, removed their equipment, and cleaned up and put my toilets back in place (be aware, they aren't plumbers or professional movers, so do your best to help when you can. I bolted back down the toilet myself.). The team was polite, professional, and did an excellent job. The floor is smooth and ready for me to install my new flooring. It would have taken me months to do myself what they did in a half day. I cannot recommend this company more!”

“Owner showed up early the day of and removed 325 sq ft of tile in about 6 hours. Relatively small job but he still took care to plastic wrap furniture and counters and rooms to help prevent dust from getting on them. He did a great job and it is indeed almost dust free. There will still be dust on the bare concrete so don't expect that to be gone as I've seen some people expect. They will leave your floors ready for new flooring install and your house will be as clean as when they started. That's the best I would ever expect from a company so they're a yes from me!”

“Awesome job. Worth every penny. I had the tiles removed the regular way. It was soooo dusty that I asked the contractor to stop half way. I then called this company out of desperation. Let me tell you, what a big difference … from full of dust to hardly any dust at all. Amazing. They polished the slab flawlessly too. Also, they were so polite and friendly and arrived exactly at 8am as scheduled. My only regret was not to use them from the beginning.”

“We required some tile removal after the freeze of February 2021 damaged our existing flooring and kitchen cabinetry. This family business was prompt and professional from the point of first contact throughout the project. It was a two day effort given the amount of flooring to remove, and they were on time and cleaned up very well after both days leaving our foundation floor clear and smooth and ready for new flooring.
