Ronda was informative and helpful, Todd was wonderful with taking measurements, Tim was easy to schedule and confirmed install date, and Miguel did amazing on the install. I called this company, not really expecting to be successful. Rhonda was very kind and helpful and was able to get me the little 2' x3' that was needed and did not a certain my offer to pay. “This is for the Pflugerville facility. They did not have a person for measurement for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks we had our flooring measured. We went to the showroom to select the vinyl plank we wanted to on a Thursday. I was promised a quote the following Monday but that never happened. To this day I do not have a quote and feel bad I delayed my project waiting on them”
