They inform you daily during the project to let you know if the team is working at your house or not ( doing work at the shop). Sergio responds to text messages quickly. they have a team that does various projects and they do not use just found subcontractors. “We had our Guest Bath remodeled by Unique. Their workmanship was excellent. The installation was done in a timely manner even though a couple of issue arose that was no fault of theirs. They went above and beyond on supply issues that was beyond their control. The painting job was excellent and done at a minimum of inconvenience. The plumbing was excellent, especially considering that they had to correct the Home Builders errors. The job Pedro performed was excellent. The medicine cabinet that he custom made was perfect. Luke was always good about giving us helpful suggestions and keeping us up to date on the project. We will be using them again for future remodeling projects. We highly recommend them.”

“We had the interior of our house completely renovated from top to bottom. Walls were resurfaced and painted, new baseboards, lighting, new kitchen and bathrooms, all porcelain floors and new carpet. Sergio the owner was extremely helpful particularly with helping us choose the color of the walls which was a huge decision. Sergio is very knowledgeable and is always there to help guide with the selection process and any other questions. Also, Luke was the foreman for our job and he was most helpful with helping us make selections and understanding what we were trying to accomplish. Unique's workers are very skilled, in particular their painters Santos and Alvin are first class and you won't find better. The cabinetry work was done by Pedro who did first class work as well and provided attention to detail. Also, important to note that Unique provided an English speaking member so as to make communication flow seamless. Communication between Unique was excellent. We received text messages each morning explaining who was coming and the work that was to take place. They are very good at doing what you ask them to do. We're very particular with the fine details and every instance we aske”

“We have used Unique Showroom for two major projects in our home. The first project was done so well, we used them again for the second without considering anyone else. My wife says she only wants Unique to do any interior contracted projects because of their excellent work and their outstanding skilled craftsmen. Our first project was a total remodel of our master bathroom. This extensive project came out excellent, much better than we had anticipated or envisioned. Our representative, Luke Pierson, was extremely helpful in solidifying our ideas and selecting the materials for the remodel as well as supervising the project. Our second project was a remodel of our kitchen. Luke gave us excellent suggestions on materials and a timely work schedule as well as supervising the project to give us a minimum of downtime. “After speaking to two other remodelers, we contracted Unique to remodel our kitchen. No professional kitchen remodel is going to be inexpensive, but Unique's quoted price was fair and reasonable for the extent of the work we wanted. There was no "scope creep" once the project was underway. Luke was our first point of contact and, with Sergio (owner), personally managed the project from start to finish. Both were very communicative and responsive and visited the job site almost daily. Sergio held his employees and subcontractors to strict quality and site-cleanliness standards and delivered without fail. I always knew who was in my house and felt very comfortable. To avoid unnecessary delays, Sergio waited to start our project until he had everything in hand. He estimated the job would take approximately six weeks; it took seven, which is close enough. The result is beautiful and we are delighted. If we take on another remodeling project in the future, we'll definitely call Unique.”

“I had Unique take out the tub from one of my Jack & Jill bathrooms. They did a beautiful job from the demolition to the remodel. They made a glass enclosed shower, replaced the toilet, changed out all the fixtures, replaced all countertops, and changed all the tile and painted all the rooms. This entire remodel was reasonably priced & completed in a timely fashion. This project is the second time I have used Unique.”

My wife and I went to many other businesses from the big box depot's to those floor and decor places that act like a big box depots and nothing compares to Unique. We worked with Luke to select a vanity cabinet, shower and floor tile. While we had our own contractor, but Luke still took the initiative to guide us through the general process and point out common pitfalls. Little did he know his advice would save us time and countless dollars. He is worth his weight in gold! There were issues with 2 boxes of tile upon delivery (broken tile) that were quickly resolved beyond my satisfaction. I actually expected more tile to be broken given the issues and fragility of tile being shipped from Italy. It's nice when you can support a small, local business. It's a pleasure and privilege when you can support one that gives equal support to your project. Needless to say we plan to use Unique Bathroom and Kitchen for our future remodeling projects large and small. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone (especially Luke)!”
