“We had a start to finish excellent experience with Wine Cellar Specialists. After talking to a couple of carpenters about converting a closet into a small wine cellar I wasn't very confident they knew what they were doing so I started looking for expertise and found Wine Cellar Specialists. I had my consultation with Brad Cupp and he was very passionate about their business and options they could provide for my closet space. I provided photographs of the space and they provided various renderings for me to choose from. And then we were off and running. Brad provided an accurate timeline of the project and often showed up onsite to oversee that things were going smoothly and to our liking. I have to also give a shout out to Tom their carpenter who does great work and is enjoyable to work with. We are incredibly pleased with our finished project. For a tight space we can store over 250 bottles, it looks professional and has added an attractive center piece to our home. I highly recommend Wine Cellar Specialists and working with Brad Cupp.”

“Appreciated the help with creating a new wine cellar, BUT Wine Cellar Specialists took responsibility for completing the warranty paperwork on the refrigeration unit and compressor. When we had a claim within the warranty period, we discovered that Wine Cellar Specialists had NOT filed the warranty information with the manufacturer. Brad refused to take any responsibility for WCS not filing the warranty and refused to pay any part of the considerable cost I incurred to replace the compressor that should have been covered under warranty.”

“We had a great experience working with Terry Decker in designing a custom built wine door for our basement wine cellar. Terry was extremely responsive and very patient with our many questions. She appreciated that we were making an investment with this purchase and wanted to make sure all of our questions were answered before we moved forward. She worked with her design team to make sure we got the type of door we wanted for our place and even matched it to the exact paint color of the other doors in our basement. She was very careful to make sure all specs were exactly as we needed before the door was built. It was a great experience overall, and we are very happy with the final product, which is a perfect fit and match.”

“Cellar refrigeration never worked properly and we were told "out of warranty" - beware of this company as their warranty starts at date of install even if not operational until 6 months later. Our cellar is beautiful but this company is extremely difficult to work with and poor customer service. Bottom line, we're having new cooling system installed after 1.5 years at our own expense of $5,000! I'd look elsewhere for your custom wine cellar needs.”
