“Cody began a project for us, but unfortunately, it encountered several challenges. Despite assurances that additional materials were needed to address these issues eight weeks ago, we are still awaiting resolution. Today, I received a text informing me that Cody has gone out of business and sold all of his equipment. This situation underscores the challenges sometimes faced when relying on contractors. I trusted Cody and his team to provide us with the floor he promised and got a floor that needs to be fixed again. Buyer beware it’s all good when taking your money, but when they can’t produce the final product as promised it’s I’m out of business yet they brag on Facebook they are here long term! Oh and the address used is a shopping mall not their address.”

He did a good job (as he was the lowest price per sq.ft.) but he had promised to come back and do a better job to fix a couple cracks that were not patched before doing the epoxy. Called him several times, but never showed up to do the repair. Initial job was good, but no customer service follow-up.”

“Highly recommend Concrete Kote. Joe and his crew did a beautiful job on my floor. They use an industrial grinder to prep the concrete for a strong bond with their commercial grade epoxy. This stuff is strong, i work on my own cars in the garage all the time and has not chipped with the floor jack and stands. You want it done right one time give them a call. If you want to waste time and money then get the stuff from your hardware store. I promise you will be doing it over and over again and will not look or hold up this good. Thanks again!
