Garage Up Austin

Garage Up Austin operates out of Round Rock, Texas, with David running the company and handling garage flooring work. The business installs epoxy floors on entire garage surfaces and pairs them with overhead storage racks and wall systems when requested. Crew members such as Jose, Gilly, Eric, and Francisco carry out the installations, while David coordinates the projects and follows up with customers.

Homeowners describe jobs that include full epoxy floor coatings that turn stained or plain concrete into durable, easy-to-clean surfaces. Some projects added overhead racks above doors and wall-mounted storage to increase organization. Reviewers note that Jose finished floors quickly and left the space looking clean, while Gilly focused on rack mounting during the same visits. Other jobs involved careful work around parked vehicles and adjustments for weather delays, with crews completing the flooring and storage in one or two days.

The company responds to estimate requests within twenty-four hours. Crews arrive on time, answer questions directly, and keep customers updated as work progresses. David stays in touch even when schedules shift, and technicians remain flexible around existing items in the garage. Service covers Austin and nearby spots such as Lakeway, with crews traveling to complete flooring and rack jobs at fair prices for the materials and labor involved.

Garage Up Austin carries a 4.9 rating from 121 reviews. Reviewers often mention the crews’ professionalism, clear explanations during flooring work, and the final appearance of the finished floors and storage setups.

“Great experience with David & crew at Garage Up. Floors, tons of overhead shelving cabinet, wall slat...and I threw in some lighting just because of how insanely cool the lights look. Courteous, friendly, professional! Thanks again!”

“We had a great experience with Garage Up and absolutely love our new garage doors! The transformation looks amazing. Rod, our installer, did a fantastic job. He showed up on time, handled the entire project professionally, and was especially careful working around our VW parked in the garage, which I really appreciated. David, the owner, was also wonderful to work with. I was admittedly a little difficult to get ahold of at times, but he was patient and continued to follow up without being pushy. Once the timing was right, everything came together incredibly quickly and smoothly. Great communication, great installation, and a beautiful finished product. Highly recommend Garage Up!”

“I normally never write any reviews unless the service is good where I think others should enjoy it. Why I give a 5 stars. 1. The crew show up on time professionally answer all the questions. 2. Both the owner and the manager showed up through out the day to check up on the progress and making sure things are going well. 3. The crew finished on time and the job was superb.”

“We chose Tidal Wave and loved the results. Floor looked fantastic. David was great at keeping it easy and transparent. Didn’t run into any unexpected issues. Also the lifetime warranty is great peace of mind. Will be using them for other garage updates down the road.”

“I’m truly satisfied with the work Garage Up Austin completed on my entire garage floor and the overhead storage rack installation. I want to be transparent that at the beginning there were a few communication breakdowns with the salesman, JD, which made me a bit skeptical at first. However, I’m very glad I moved forward, because the final results came out excellent. The two technicians they sent out were outstanding and extremely professional. Gilly handled the storage rack installation, and Jose completed the full epoxy floor. Their workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were top-tier. Honestly, the photos don’t even do it justice — it looks even better in person. I would absolutely recommend Garage Up Austin to anyone looking to give their garage a true facelift.”
