She helped us find high-quality products at reasonable prices and went above and beyond by offering valuable design ideas and guidance. “Had a brief hiccup at the beginning that was straightened out quickly. Abelardo and crew did a phenomenal job installing our tile. It looks like it was done during our original home construction. Flawless. Arturo and Elpidio did excellent work with the post tile install work and Jimmy stopped by multiple times to ensure everything was running smoothly. “Floor King just completed a Linoleum installation in our mobile home rental unit. Because of the age of the unit and the condition of the floor, Iliana Luna suggested Linoleum was the best solution. It was. Iliana helped with material selection but, more importantly, she stayed on top of the job Her communication was excellent, which, needless to say, is rare these days. We were especially pleased with the installation. Their installer did a wonderful job. I had concerns about the bathroom floor but the result was flawless. “On April 3rd My wife and I hired The Floor King to do our tile foyer, bathroom, and consultation on our kitchen. Today I have given it some time and WOW!!!! The work they have done is so amazing! “HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I cannot stress enough the level of professionalism we received. Rey has a great team. We had to have all the floors replaced in the house because the builders team did not do a good job. Our floors started exploding putting us in a real bind but Rey was very knowledgeable and in the end I ended up getting very good flooring for a very reasonable price during an extremely difficult situation. They made the whole process easy and now I am recommending them to my clients for my business as well. I cannot say enough good things about their services. I have attached some pictures. “I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Floor King in San Marcos. After a late arrival for measurements, it took ten days to receive a quote—well beyond the promised 24 hours. After I signed a contract and hand-delivered a check, they called to say the flooring was discontinued. Most concerning was their written policy to charge a 3% 'service fee' on debit cards, which is a violation of Texas law (§ 604A.002). I ultimately had to go to the store in person to retrieve my check as they showed no urgency in returning it. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a company that respects your time and follows state commerce laws.”

“The actual floor installers did a great job on install. However, the office staff is another story. Late for appointments, no show, and no calls. We finally got a bid from them when I called and reminded them that they missed our appt. A month later we got our wood floors done and we’re please with the outcome EXCEPT we have been missing a transition strip that divides the bedroom from the bathroom. This was promised to us 4 months ago. We made many calls and left numerous voicemails with no response. Finally, out of the blue, we get a call asking if we were satisfied with our service. Haha. Nope! My husband told her that we are still missing a transition strip and her response was “I will get on this asap and get back to you tomorrow. That was 4 weeks ago and still nothing. I think this company needs new personnel running the establishment. They are unreliable and very unprofessional.”

“Rey Gonzalez and installer Wilmer Nataren were great. 5 stars. They both had to troubleshoot what appear to be Floor King issues (1. a request for additional home insurance in the initial proposal in bold text that couldn’t be clarified and was therefore removed, and 2. the flooring actually provided to the installers did not match the initial sample and had to be swapped out, and so unnecessarily taking the installation to an additional day). Both of these guys worked promptly and courteously to correct these issues and I’m pleased with the end result - Thank you, Rey and Wilmer!”
