Simple Epoxy LLC,

Simple Epoxy LLC puts down epoxy flooring in San Marcos and nearby spots in Texas. Simon runs the jobs on residential garages and commercial spaces like shops. The crew handles custom resin floors along with clear epoxy systems that go over concrete to seal out moisture and hold up to chemicals, oils, and daily wear. They cover both new builds and fixes on existing slabs, focusing on surfaces that stay simple to clean once the work is done.

Customers describe Simon fixing garage floors covered in old stains that regular cleaning could not remove. One job involved epoxy with a top coat on a new house floor that still looks fresh after heavy use from kids and visitors. Another started the same day the call came in so the space would be ready before movers showed up. A larger project covered seven thousand square feet in a mechanic shop where the finished floor stays tough under regular traffic. Reviewers note the designs hold up without obvious flaws and draw comments from people walking through the doors.

Simon stays in touch by calling with arrival times each day and sending photos while the work moves along. He shows up on schedule, listens to what the client wants, and gives bids that fit the budget without extra surprises. Jobs run across Texas with quick starts when needed and steady updates through the whole process. Pricing comes in lower than some other bids homeowners compared, and the crew keeps communication open from the first look until the floor is complete.

The Google rating sits at four point five from eight reviews, where most comments highlight the durability and clean look after the job. A few note strong service and fair costs while one review raised concerns about the surface turning slippery and showing scratches that did not get addressed later. DIRT Score 2.9 from 8 reviews on Finds.

“Simon was an amazing artist, our garage floor was horrible with various kinds of stains that we just couldn’t get out.. Then Simon came and took a look and gave us a very reasonable bid. He called each day with his ETA, communicated with us each step of the way. Was on time every time he came. I just simply can’t say enough. We are beyond thrilled on how our floors look now. It’s a pleasure to go in the garage.”

“Simon and his crew did amazing job with our floors. Initially, we weren’t too sure what kind of floors we wanted in our build so our friends recommended the epoxy floors with top coat with Simple Epoxy. One of the best choices we made. It is extremely easy to maintain with little kids and constant rotating doors of guests. The floors still look new to this day and the design is flawless. Anyone who walks through our door, l automatically notice our floors and complement them.”

“He doesn’t understand his product. He said what he put down wouldn't be slippery, it is and wouldn’t scratch and it does. I found out from a professional company that it’s the worst product for people to slip on and scratch’s the worse. He will not fix the problem and is ghosting me. Enf said.”

“Great customer service..”
