Custom Concrete Solutions

Custom Concrete Solutions handles concrete flooring work from its base in Schertz, Texas. The company focuses on decorative applications including polished concrete, stained concrete, stamped concrete, epoxy floors, and concrete grinding. Tony and Terry run the business and handle estimates and on-site work along with Paul and Josh. They serve residential and commercial properties with these concrete treatments across the local area.

Homeowners describe jobs such as epoxy coatings on garage floors and driveways, staining and sealing on patios and entrances, resealing slabs before heavy use, and full replacements on kitchen floors after remodeling. Reviewers note fixes for issues like chipped marks, moisture problems, old carpet glue stains, and cracked tile surfaces. Outcomes include even color application, durable sealed finishes, and surfaces that match specific looks like multi-faceted old-world patterns. Tony often managed field work while Terry handled scheduling and details, with projects completed in under a week in several cases.

The team responds quickly to requests, often providing estimates the next day and starting work shortly after. They communicate updates before and after jobs, remain flexible with schedules, and keep owners involved in color and design choices. Pricing comes across as fair based on the scope, and the owners stay on site daily rather than subcontracting. Service covers spots around Schertz and nearby areas, with some notes on occasional difficulty reaching them outside office hours.

Reviewers repeatedly mention strong craftsmanship, clear communication, and solid results on both interior and exterior surfaces. The company holds a Google rating of 4.5 from 50 reviews. DIRT Score 4 from 50 reviews on Finds.

“Another amazing job y'all. Wanted to get the slab resealed before I drop a hot tub on it and they did a great job. Came out when they said. Communicated before and after the work was complete. Even went the extra mile and re-stained a few chipped marks. They'll be doing all my slabs for sure! Thank you, CCS. Great job!”

“I recently Had Custom Concrete Solutions treat my 3-car garage driveway. During this process the owners Tony and Paul were friendly, professional and efficient. Their work was efficiently completed in a timely manner as promised and I am ecstatic at the beautiful outcome of my garage floors. I highly recommend Custom Concrete Solutions to anyone wishing their garage floors to look Beautiful!!! John Cerda NB , Texas”

“WOW is all I can say. From start to finish, our experience with Custom Concrete Solutions has been great. I called with a short-notice request to have our garage floor painted with epoxy, and Tony was at our house the next morning for an estimate, then started work the following day. We had a few setbacks due to left over moisture in the concrete due to power washing a few days prior, so Tony brought fans and checked on us daily until it was dry enough. Tony always kept us informed, did an outSTANDING job on the floor, and it looks great. On the administrative side, Terry was always friendly and responsive - she has a great personality and paid great attention to detail. Their prices were competitive, but their greatest asset is responsiveness and customer care. I'm so glad I chose Tony and Terry for the work on our newly constructed house. I highly recommend anyone considering concrete work gives them a chance to bid on the project - you won't be disappointed.”

“We are very pleased with the work that Tony and Josh did for us. They took great care to make sure that our surface (exterior patio) was well prepared and that the staining and sealing were successful. Tony was very easy to work with, and he was quite patient as we selected a color. The first coat of sealant was not sufficient, and Tony put down a second coat without hesitation. All in all, a pleasant experience.”

“Tony and Terry are great, and they do fantastic work. They were very realistic with what could be accomplished on my floors and gave the most fair estimate I received from any company. The price was well worth it! They were also very flexible with my work schedule. I do have a couple of critiques. First, getting in touch with them is difficult when they aren't in the office (which is often), even on cell phone. Second is punctuality. In my case, I was lackadaisical with letting them know my availability, but when we had set times, they were generally missed. Again, I'm just as at fault, not just CCS.”

“We recently had our exterior floors stained, and thoroughly enjoyed working with Terry and Tony. Terry always responded to our many emails, not only quickly, but with a professional and very personable manner. Tony's expertise and talent made our beautiful new home look more amazing! We are extremely pleased and satisfied! Thank you Terry and Tony, for a wonderful experience. We are looking forward to our next project with you. Bill and DonnaMaria Moore”

“Tony came out and gave me a fair estimate and i showed him the picture of what I wanted from my trip to Italy. I wanted a multi-faceted, old-world Italian look, and they nailed it to a T! He asked my opinion as to the color each step of the process, until it matched my exact specifications. My patio is gorgeous and they did a great job in less than a week start to finish. Highly recommended.”

“Tony was awesome! He was thorough, very detailed in what he would be doing, identified any potential concerns and did an amazing job! We’re so thrilled with the outcome of out counters!”

“5 star company! Owners are friendly, communicate well, and the end product was beyond beautiful !”

“Tony was very professional and went above and beyond expectations. I would definitely recommend tony! He had all the knowledge, on concrete floors and even helped me with other tasks on my home. It was nice that Tony, the owner was actually doing the work and on the job site everyday, rather than having other contractors on the job!”

“Really happy to know the professionalism that Tony had informed me about removing my rugs in my rental home. How certain stains would react with the glue from my rugs being taken out and also patching up the holes that the rugs also leave behind. He and Terry both go above and beyond to explain In every detail possible from their 25+yrs of experience on how I may like this stain better to make “ghost stains” not so noticeable after staining. It’s interesting to learn more about concrete just by a simple estimate with them. The outcome was more than what I had in mind and I appreciate their hard work. I definitely would recommend CCS!”

“I spoke to Tony and Terri regards to replacing my kitchen floor, due to remodeling stuff inside my house. I must say, they did an excellent job. Great customer service, Great price range, and also met the deadline. I would recommend CCS to anyone. Thank you again Tony and Terri”
