Floor Coverings International Southlake

Floor Coverings International Southlake takes care of flooring jobs around Southlake, Texas. Joe runs the company and handles the selection and installation of wood floors, luxury vinyl plank, carpet, and tile. They also refinish existing wood, level old concrete, and fix floors damaged by water. The team brings samples to homes, measures up projects, and sends estimates the same day in many cases.

Homeowners call them for wood floor refinishing that makes old surfaces look new again, extending wood into living rooms, putting down luxury vinyl plank over leveled concrete, laying carpet alongside vinyl in main areas, and repairing buckled sections after leaks. Crews led by Cody, Alberto, Richard, and Josh Wolters finish these jobs on time, keep dust under control, and clean up at the end of each day. Joe shows up on site to check progress and make adjustments when needed.

They answer calls fast, work around busy household schedules, and break big jobs into smaller phases if asked. Pricing comes in competitive with other bids, and the owner stays in touch from the first visit through completion. Installers arrive on schedule, move furniture when required, and finish small bathroom or hallway sections in half a day.

“Cody and the team at FCI did a great job from start to finish with our project. We had an old concrete floor in a spare room that needed some attention. Pricing was very good for leveling and installing luxury vinyl plank flooring. It looks better than we imagined. We are so happy with the result. We highly recommend FCI for any flooring needs. We will be using them again very soon.”

“I highly recommend Floor Coverings International of Southlake Texas. Joe told me if I was not satisfied with the workmanship ge would make it right. I whole heartily believe Joe is a honorable man that keeps his work. Great job. As a Navy Retired Master Chief if 38 years I would use Joe services again. “No complaints what so ever, installers were quick and professional and did an awesome job. Erica was great to work with. I only wanted to start with a small section of the floors at first to start the project and they didn't have any problems working with me on "breaking up" the whole project into smaller ones. Just had the steps and the upstairs hallway done this time Would definitely recommend them and Ill be doing business again with them soon. -Jason”

“Floor Covering International did a great job on our Kitchen and dining room floors. The cost was competitive with other bits we got. The work crew was very thoughtful to make sure the dust was controlled from entering other parts of the house and the cleanup afterward was completed satisfactory. We were very pleased that the owner was on site off and on to make sure we were happy and things were progressing correctly. This is the second time we have used this company with great results both times. We would definitely use them again.”

“This was our first time working with Joe Jordan. We had a small project that needed immediate attention and Joe came and gave us some great suggestions and solutions. Joe was so friendly and professional and I immediately knew I wanted him to do the job. He was there from start to completion and made sure everything was being done to our satisfaction. Joe provided exceptional customer service, which is rare these days. We could not be more pleased with Floor Coverings International and we highly recommend them. We will definitely be using them for future projects.”

“I was looking to install new tile floors in my house. I had a few bids and Floor Coverings International was more expensive than the others about $1,000. Joe the owner discussed their process and how it was different from others. He discussed the quality of his installers and the warranty. All great things and something I was willing to spend a little more to get. I ended up holding off to save additional funds. Then about 6 months later I received an email from Joe offering 10% off of my project. I emailed back seeing if there was a less expensive tile similar to the one I had originally selected. He said he could come over and review the bid and see if he could find me a more affordable option. I found a better-priced tile that I liked. However, when it came to the price he said he could not honor the 10% discount but could do 5%. I discussed the warranty and Installation which he assured me would be the highest standards. I agreed based on expecting a high-quality experience and installation. Joe stated a time frame of 1 week to complete my project. It took 3 weeks. Not including the additional days to fix the damaged tiles and grout issues. The installers: Did not speak Engli”

“We loved working with Joe. He made the process easy, we didn’t feel overwhelmed. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Such a genuine person, made it feel like we were working with a long time friend. He came out twice when we asked him to come out and do additional estimates. We did luxury vinyl and carpet. Love how it all turned out!”

“Needed to replace the flooring in 2 bathrooms. Joe came out quickly to show flooring styles and options. Estimate was emailed that day. Joe was very response and worked with us when we were deciding exactly what coloring flooring to go with. The installers came on time and finished the project in about half a day. Very nice, professional and did good work. We are very happy with our new bathrooms floors. If we decide to re-floor the rest of the house, we'll definitely give Joe a call.”

“Joe and his team did an amazing job on our floors! They provided us with incredible service, even going so far as to come back 4 years later and take a look at a couple of problem spots. Joe remembered our family and asked about our kids, and we loved the family feeling and intentionality of the company. Our floors have held up amazingly and we still love them. Highly recommend!!!”

“International Floor Coverings did a great job on our luxury vinyl install. We worked with Erica who was very patient showing us laminates, vinyl and engineered wood options. She hunted for the color we wanted and helped us get samples so we could be confident in our decision. We are really happy with what we purchased. The install team led by Alberto was on-time and cleaned up at the end of each day. Overall, a great experience for a reasonable price. Not the cheapest but we were willing to pay a little extra for good service.”
