“Patty showed up along with Cade and They were amazing and they paid close attention to detail as for I was very disappointed in my first roofing company and assessment from Statefarm went nowhere so we filed a second claim and they were very informative about The appeal process and letting me know that Statefarm usually then pays out on the claim which was exactly what happened and I got a brand new class four roof new gutters, and my pergola and fence stained out of the deal. “Initial experience with this roofing company was good until they reached out a month after the completion of my new roof and paying them out of pocket over $52000 per their quote that they needed another $500 for additional work that was done at that time. There was never any communication at that time what this additional work was and that this cost was above and beyond their quote. I originally was going to go with another roofing company but Storm Force roofing had reduced their initial quote by almost this amount that now they want to collect. Poor business tactic and lack of transparency!!! I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!”
