“Jamie was phenomenal to work with and made the process SO easy. She came to us with hundreds of beautiful samples and patiently waited as we made a decision and asked questions. I hate going to home improvement stores, so having the mobile showroom come to us was a HUGE plus to me. “Floor Covering International installed vinyl flooring in my kitchen-breakfast-family room and utility room. Jamie came to the house with literally a "truck-load' of flooring samples. She was very knowledgeable regarding the various types and color choices. There was absolutely NO high pressure, explained the differences between vinyl and laminate and the final decision was mine. She was helpful with choosing the colour/texture of the flooring as the areas had natural medium dark paneling and cabinets. Again made suggestions regarding some of my choices with no hard sell. Service, aka installation, after the sale was just as positive. I was kept updated as the timeline progressed and was warned that since the vinyl was installed over existing tile, there could be an issue with leveling the flooring. There was a slight problem, which the team of installers handled and it only delayed everything by 24hr. The install team moved furniture and appliances pre-install and re-placed everything afterwards.
