“(Workmanship matters, but good after-sales support and communication matter too) Streamline Concrete Repair initially did a 5 stars job leveling my driveway slabs and applying DOWSIL silicone joint sealant. A few months later, one slab sank slightly, and they came back and corrected it. Their crew was professional, pleasant, and did good work. Unfortunately, a few months after the warranty expired, the same slab sank again this time, about 1.5 inches. I wasn't expecting a free repair, especially 15 months after the original work. I simply expected reasonable follow-up from a company I had previously done business with. After about six weeks of waiting, several calls and emails, and being told someone would get back to me, I still don't have an answer. I originally chose Streamline because of their excellent 4.9-star Google rating. My experience reminded me that great initial work is only part of the story; however, after-sales service and support matters more. A simple "Thanks, but we're not interested in the additional work" would have been better than no answer. Oh well, it is what it is, there are plenty of other companies to choose from and we accounted for decisions we mak”
