Key City Foundation Repair

Key City Foundation Repair is a concrete contractor based in Abilene, Texas. Thomas Crow founded the company in 2022 as a locally owned operation that serves Abilene and the greater Big Country area. The business focuses on foundation repairs with steel and concrete piers, house leveling, structural stabilization, slab foundation repair, pier and beam foundation repair, drainage planning, and foundation inspections. Evaluators sent to properties always have multiple years of installation experience before they assess any job.

Customers have described work that included leveling homes, fixing low spots at garage entries that flooded during rain, and addressing overall foundation movement. Thomas and his crew handled these projects, at times spotting plumbing problems during the process and pausing until those were resolved before finishing the foundation work. Reviewers noted that the team completed repairs on schedule while keeping the site organized and free of extra debris.

The crew arrives on time, finishes within the promised window, and maintains clear communication from the first contact through completion. Pricing is described as reasonable with full transparency on scope and costs up front, and no changes after work begins. They respond quickly to questions, adjust around customer timelines, and return promptly when needed to wrap up. Service reaches Abilene and nearby parts of the greater Big Country area.

Nine reviews are available, all rated five stars. Common points include honest estimates, reliable crew performance, and attention to detail on each project.

“I had a great experience working with this foundation repair company. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received, and they were transparent about the scope of work and costs from the beginning. They were easy to reach, responsive to my questions, and kept communication clear throughout the entire process. The crew showed up on time, completed the work exactly as scheduled, and left the property clean and organized. Most importantly, everything was done within the promised timeframe with no surprises. I truly appreciate their professionalism and efficiency and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing foundation repair services.”

“I am extremely happy with them. They did an amazing job leveling our home and kept communicating with us throughout the whole process. They even let us know about some plumbing issues we were having that we did not know about, and paused work to give us time to get a plumber to get that taken care of. Once I let them know what was going on with the plumbing they came back right away to finish everything up. They were professional, understanding, kind and the pricing was great.”
