“A friend of mine had these people lay a 40x40 foot concrete slab. The homeowner was out of town when the slab as laid, and he returned home to find that Torres construction had illegally removed what turned out to be 6 dump truck loads of topsoil!”

“Built my building 13-14 years ago and I have no problem with the building. My problem is the concrete floor has large cracks because he didn’t put any rebar or anything for strength. At the time he said the fibers in the concrete would work. Since then I called several times about fixing it. The first few years he said he would be out to fix it then he quit taking my calls. I wouldn’t do business with Torres construction. I agree “ you’ve been warned “.”
