“Beware! They will quote you over $7,000 no matter what! After our quote, we obtained a second opinion from another foundation company that had better reviews and they did a much more thorough analysis and determined our foundation was just fine. It needed no work at all. Found out later that another home owner used them and received a quote for the exact same amount as us! Pretty odd coincidence. Don't rely on their opinion alone!”

“I would NOT recommend this company. They lied about the warranty. It is NOT a lifetime. I set up an appointment just to have the owner call me instead to tell me to go with another company. So rude, bad customer service, the work I paid them for 5yrs ago did not last. They had to come out twice to do "adjustments". The owner stated that pier and beam homes are not permanent and there was no way to fix the settling permanently. Do not waste your money. These guys are crooks.”
