A Plus Home Remodel

A Plus Home Remodel operates as a concrete contractor and remodeler based in Arlington, Texas, and serves homeowners across Tarrant County. Manny runs the company and handles projects that include concrete pad installation, patio extensions, backyard regrading, porch covers, and related concrete work alongside bathroom remodels, kitchen updates, painting, leak repairs, and ceiling replacements. The business started after seeing repeated issues with contractors who left projects unfinished or used poor materials, so the focus stays on completing each job correctly with durable materials and steady attention to the property.

Customers describe concrete jobs such as doubling patio size, adding stained concrete around fire pits, installing walkways, and fixing water damage from AC clogs or freeze issues. Manny, John, Ezekiel, Caesar, and other crew members handle bathroom remodels that include new fixtures and tile, full kitchen renovations with mid-project adjustments, painting with clean lines, baseboard repairs after leaks, and door or blind installations. Reviewers note the concrete sections came out level and finished on schedule, while interior work left homes clean and the final spaces functional without further problems.

Manny responds quickly to calls and texts, provides quotes on site, and keeps daily updates during the work. Crews arrive on time, check progress with the homeowner each day, respect the property by cleaning up, and finish within the original timeframe even when small changes occur. Pricing comes across as fair for the scope, with work done on weekends when needed for urgent fixes like wall repairs. The service covers homes throughout Tarrant County and includes both small repairs and larger additions.

All listed reviews give five-star marks and highlight consistent communication, skilled execution on concrete and remodel tasks, and crews that treat homes with care. “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Manny, John, and their entire team did an outstanding job on our bathroom remodels and door replacement. From our first meeting, Manny and John were incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and personable. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of our questions, and offered valuable recommendations that helped bring our vision to life. The craftsmanship was exceptional. Every crew member was skilled, professional, and meticulous in their work. Their attention to detail was evident in every phase of the project, and they treated our home with care and respect while maintaining a clean and organized work area. The finished bathrooms are absolutely stunning, and the new doors have made such a beautiful difference in our home. We are truly elated with the results and couldn’t have asked for a better remodeling experience.”

“A Plus Model is the absolute BEST! Manny was and is an absolute pleasure to work with! Extremely detailed in the work that they do. This company was a, HUGE part in executing a vision I had in my home that was just simply boring and I hadn’t done anything to it for 17 years! The paint job is immaculate! The precision in the painting and the lines to create division was done so well! The new carpet install, superb and the very careful hanging of the chandeliers was done beautifully! Even the install of the new black electrical outlets and light switches. I am truly impressed and grateful for Manny and his team. They literally take, ANY worry that you may have about anything regarding re-model away. And yes. I absolutely will be using them again!”

“After the freeze in 2021that destroyed our master bathroom, we called A Plus Home remolding. Manny display professionalism and sympathy for our urgent situation. Manny gave us a great quote and he represented us with the insurance claims. During the repair process, he checked on his crew before and after each day. Manny kept us updated daily until to end of job. His crew and staff were friendly and respected our privacy and property. We recently called on A Plus Home and hired Manny and his crew to paint our entire downstairs. Again , Manny gave us a great quote and his painting team treated the job professionally with no issues. I highly recommend A Plus Home for any home repairs or remodeling! Thanks Manny!”

“To summarize quickly, Manny and his team provided me the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. I had Manny re-do our entire kitchen and it couldn't have turned out better. Each day Manny would check in with me to make sure we were on the same page in terms of what work was done that day, what would happen the following day, and to make sure I was satisfied with the progress of the work. Every day his crew was on time, worked efficiently and they finished the project within the initial projected time frame even though I added a couple of changes mid-project . I'm going to use Manny and his team for anything else I need done in my home and I recommend that you do the same!”

“Manny and his crew redesigned my backyard and did an OUTSTANDING job! I could not be happier. I had definite ideas of what I wanted and they definitely exceeded my expectations. I have a relatively small backyard which had a covered patio and some grass. We doubled the size of the patio, added a short walkway to a fire pit area and built an amazing gas fire pit. All the concrete was stained by an amazing team and I love it! Took out any remaining grass and added gravel and mulch. No more grass to deal with which was #1 on my list! They were always on time and polite and respectful of my time and my property. Manny is the contractor and he kept in touch daily and was usually on site whenever anything was being done by any of his vendors or crew. He handled all the city permits and even the HOA approvals. He absolutely aims to please and does whatever it takes to make you happy with the project. Obviously I highly recommend A+ Home Remodel and would never use anyone else!”

“We couldn’t be happier with the work of Many and his team at A Plus Home Remodeling. We have never worked with a contractor and were very impressed with his professionalism, communication and commitment to our needs.”

“Having engaged with numerous construction and remodeling firms in the past, I can confidently state that this was the first instance in which I felt the team genuinely prioritized the care and integrity of my home. From the outset, Manny demonstrated both professionalism and courtesy in our initial phone conversation. I explained the situation involving aging ceilings that required urgent replacement. He later visited the property to assess the scope of work and provided a thoughtful, affordable pricing structure that reflected both fairness and a willingness to accommodate the needs of the client. The crew members who executed the project were equally commendable—exhibiting professionalism, respect, and attention to detail throughout. Not only did they complete the work to a high standard, but they also maintained a clean and orderly work environment, leaving no debris behind and ensuring the job was thoroughly completed. Based on this experience, I enthusiastically recommend A Plus Home Remodel to colleagues and friends alike. It is increasingly rare to find a company that pairs technical expertise with genuine customer care. I sincerely wish this organization continued growth”

“I had a wonderful experience with this company! Manny responded to my request quickly and I felt the price was reasonable and appropriate. John did the actual installation and he was wonderful; kind, professional, on time and knowledge. I will definitely use this company again in the future!”

“I highly recommend Manny and his team for any projects needed around the house. They are not only quick to respond but also do quality work. I had a small leak behind my toilet that caused damage to my bathroom baseboard and dining room wall. Manny and Ezekiel agreed to complete the work on a Sunday to ensure that both holes left by the plumbers were repaired as expeditiously as possible. They repaired the holes, replaced the damaged baseboard, and texturized and painted both walls at an affordable price. I was impressed by the level of detail that went into the repairs. Ezekiel's paint job was particularly impressive. I am sure I will be using A Plus Home Remodel in the future for more home projects.”

We definitely will be using him in the near future.”

“Great business! I had blinds made up for my front door and bedroom and Manny was super explaining to me what would and what wouldn't work. He was very friendly and professional. My blinds came back quickly and John who hung them was personable, professional and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend A Plus Home Remodel for any home improvement.”

“We cannot say enough great things about Manny Reyes and his amazing team at A Plus Home Remodel! We delayed starting our master suite remodel since we had a highly stressful experience with our kitchen remodel and were gun-shy about starting another. We needed a contractor we could trust who could remodel our bathroom to high standards with minimal stress (we don’t ask for much lol). From our first meeting, Manny not only promised us the remodel would have minimal stress but could actually be an enjoyable and fun process - and he was right! Manny and his entire team were incredible – hard workers, great attitudes and highly skilled in their specialties. They were ALWAYS friendly and kind to us and respectful of our property. There is no such thing as a remodel that doesn’t run across hiccups and glitches, and when those occurred, Manny and his team always, in a client-friendly way, made them right. I really bonded with the guys coming to our house every day and it was bittersweet for the project to end and not see their kind, smiling faces every morning. Our master suite is absolutely stunningly beautiful and VERY well done - even for my hyper-perfectionistic self! Jay and I highly”

“We used A Plus Home remodel for our recent patio extension and I’m so glad we did. We looked at numerous companies but chose A Plus specifically for their stance on high quality and attention to detail. They absolutely stood behind this promise and delivered not only a beautiful, high quality patio extension but also increased functionality. We now use the patio as an extension of our living room. They provided great customer service and communication”

“With all the heat of the Texas summer, my AC drain clogged and I found out when the sheetrock below the drip tray busted through with water. After cleaning up the water, I reached out to Manny with A+ Home Remodel to get my ceiling fixed and they were out immediately to help me out. Caesar showed up at the exact time Manny said he would, worked nearly a 12 hour day to have it finished in one day, which was a major convenience for me, and checked with me before leaving to make sure I approved his work (which he did an incredible job so I obviously did). Having a contractor that you can trust to do exactly what they say is worth a ton and the team that Manny leads at A+ are definitely folks you can trust!”

“Manny and his team at A+ just completed a full shower remodel in our Master bathroom. We are completely awestruck at the quality of work that was done. The attention to detail was far beyond our expectations. The gentlemen that performed the work take tremendous PRIDE in their craft. It’s as if we have a new piece of “art” in our bathroom now. Kudos to John, Ezequiel, German, German Jr and Cesar for exceptional work and for treating our home with respect each day of the job. The daily information and communication with Manny and John was consistent and professional. Best home remodel experience we’ve ever had!”

“Manny came to my house I explained what I needed done. He looked at the problem gave me a solution. The price was very fair. His team of workers as well as himself are all very professional. They came did the job and did not leave any mess. Manny gave me a start day as well as when they would finish. They finished ahead of schedule. I've already made arrangements for more projects in my house. I recommend this company. Manny was there the days that the job was being done and if I had any questions he would answer my call immediately. I had them come back to do a kitchen remodel and replace the floor tiles in 3 rooms. They were very professional and came ready to work. I absolutely trust this company and we've already discussed other projects.”

The work was top notch and he was willing to make adjustments mid-project without any objection. I truly feel that I got my values worth. The whole process from beginning to end was smooth and easy. I found Manny (the owner) to be very respectful and easy to get a hold of. I would recommend A+ to anyone.”
