“Run… run…. Run…. Once you lodge a complaint with this company, your warranty gets voided ASAP. They also will mess and tear up your property. The job done is to get your money, move on to the next customer and point fingers about you not watering your house. This is TEXAS, and the last rain we had on August 23, 2033 was a proof of how hardened the floor had gotten due to the abundance of sunlight and heat we’ve had. The floor doesn’t soak water but rather wash it off. Very very poor service provided by this company.”

“Absolutely horrible service. Company is impossible to contact. Called multiple times over the course of a year to get my foundation fixed for the warranty. Hunter came out twice to take a look at it and told us he would come back out to fix it but never showed up. Even messaged and called him directly he just would not respond. Called their office and was told they would take a look at it but have heard nothing so far. Update: After emailing them and scheduling a day they still did not come out to work on my house. Confirmed with them the day before and continued asking to see if they would show up on the day of. Was told they were on their way. No one shows up. Ridiculous.”

“Started when they said. Worked hard and efficiently and completed our foundation and drainage issues in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend their services.”

“The worst costumer service. My parents had fixed their foundation in 2022. After multiple calls to figure out why it felt hollow, we recieved no call back. They'll call and schedule an appt and never show up with no text or call to let you know what's going on. When we finally did get someone to come out, Hayden Davis, he said he would come the next day to fill the void at no cost. He stated he would get it fixed right away. No one showed up. Years passed and we've been calling and no one answers. Finally, again after multiple calls someone came to check it out AGAIN. now, they want to charge $3,000 to fill in the voids that they had originally said they would get it filled at no cost. Its 2025 and we've been dealing with this for 3 years. Unable to finish remodeling the house because of this situation. Make sure you guys find a foundation repair company that doesn't give you the runaround like this company does. It will save you time and money.”

“We are very happy with HD Foundation. They repaired our foundation in 3 days. They installed 37 piers. The lift went great. No plumbing leaks, no broken windows, we were expecting alot of damage but there was none. They even replaced the bushes they had to dig up. We will be using them again for our driveway replacement. I definitely recommend them. 🙂”
