“Trace came out to look at what house needed to level and make repairs on beam. He was very insightful with repairs and even suggestions with my daughter’s house. They made all repairs and leveled the house and made it very solid. They worked quickly and even added a beam to solidify structure. They also were able to diagnose better than 3 other bids one of which was from a very reputable company that was quadruple the price. After a couple months one spot seemed to settle and they came back out to relieve with no conflict. I would definitely recommend Trace and Ace house leveling for your pier and beam house leveling needs.”

“They replaced a 4x8 beam with a 4x6. That wall of the house is not supported by 2” and is now causing interior damage. Called countless times and got nowhere, finally after a month they came out and “fixed it”. Absolutely terrible work. I recommend anyone else.”
