“Our experience with Blue Haven Pools has been wonderful. From the first meeting with Beverly on the design to the project manager, Cody dealing with all the contractors. There were even times the owner, Shaun worked with us. Everyone was extremely patient and kind. The customer service was one of the reasons we chose Blue Haven Pools and they did not disappoint. Once the plans were finalized they got right to work and were very fast getting each stage complete. Our pool is beautiful and we have enjoyed it immensely. Thank you Beverly, Cody and Shaun! “Blue Haven Pools and Cody has to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The GC on this job Cody was here what seemed like 24/7 at our home and we live really far from their home office where we purchased our pool. Because we looked around, did our research and went with the best. I have to say that everyone at Blue Haven Pools and their GC Cody have been so hands-on on our project. We didn’t feel alone. Buying a new pool, especially a custom pool can be daunting. But I never felt overwhelmed by the experience thanks to the professionals at Blue Haven Pools. I never felt like the work was compromised or done in such a way that it was rushed or not done properly. I am so satisfied with blue Haven in every aspect of their company. I would highly recommend their team to anyone, any day wanting to create a pool and fun aspect in their yard. They worked with me my budget and my unusual terrain and came up with something incredible.”

“We had our pool completed in 2023, and since then we’ve had ongoing issues that have only gotten worse over time. After spending over $91,000, this has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, there were problems with the workmanship. The coping was installed with chipped and cut edges facing the front where everything is visible. It looked unfinished and should have never been installed that way. They ended up replacing the coping, but not because of that it was replaced because the top of the pavers started peeling. When they redid it, they still installed pieces with the cut edges facing outward again. We later learned from another pool company that this is not how it should be done, the edges are supposed to be smooth and properly finished, not left rough and exposed. When they reinstalled the coping, they were cutting it right next to the pool, and all of the debris went directly into the pool. On top of that, the hot tub was installed too low and had to be raised. The biggest problem has been the spray deck. The very first time the coating started peeling, they attempted to patch it, but the color didn’t match, so they recoated the entire deck. After that, it be”

“It was a wonderful experience….but I would have to say the most important to us was the building project and keeping on schedule. Cody Keller was the project manager, he was genuine and thoughtful. Stayed on schedule even though it was Christmas and most go on vacation he sought out workers to finish our job! He is the best even after the pool was done, I still call him for answers, and he never minds stopping his day for me. Thank you Blue Haven for Cody!!”

“Blue Haven was an absolute joy to work with. Beverly was very patient and worked hard to get all of our wish list items into our design and within our budget. We are MORE than satisfied with her work. Shane was the project manager for our home and even after the pool was completed, he made us feel so comfortable that we call him for everything pool related. He answers the phone and gives us the information we need without reserve. Blue Haven is definitely the place to go if you want a quality pool installed from quality people!”

“I just want to say how happy I am with Blue Haven pools on Major Dr in Beaumont. They were so great to work with from the beginning with Beverly, the middle with Sean and the end with Cody. So glad I chose them for out heated pool for our Airbnb. I had an issue ( of my own doing), I texted Cody about 9am this morning and he was there at about 10:15 this morning. He walked me through how to correct my mistake and taught me some things with the filters that I didn't remember to do. Very patient, professional, and always kind. “I have always felt that the true test of any company that sells you something is service after the fact. Shane has always been there for us after pool was installed and after the recent storm we lost the pump due to power outage. I reset the breaker even though it wasn’t tripped thinking that was the issue but it wasn’t. Shane suggested leaving the breaker off for 15-20 minutes and then reset it. I did and the pump started right up. Four years after he installed the pool. Can’t thank him enough.”

“Cody was a great project manager. He made sure that all the work was done properly and had all corrections done quickly and properly.. Jerry was an incredible instructor! He made sure I knew how the equipment worked and how to operate it properly. Jerry also assured me he would be available should I have any questions in the future. That allays any fears of being left without support.I previously gave a 4 star review for Cody and Jerry...the corrections needed and questions answered were immediate! Belinda let me know when to expect the workers to make the corrections. The customer service from this company is excellent and for that, they deserve a 5 star review”

“We had a wonderful experience with Blue Haven from beginning to end. Beverly visited with us and really listened to what we wanted and she designed a beautiful pool for our family. We did not have to change a thing on her design. Once we saw it we loved everything about it. Our construction supervisor Shane was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Every weather permitting day there were workers there to do their job. Blue Haven was very responsive to me when we had questions. The build was completed within 7 weeks from dig day. Keeping in mind we had great weather during this process and we’re lucky for that. We couldn’t be happier with our pool and can’t wait to enjoy our pool for years to come.”

“Customer service is still alive and well in the world. After challenges of finding pool cleaning services in our area I decided to try to learn to clean my pool myself—looking at the equipment I saw that Blue Haven Pools in Beaumont TX had built it and at my wits end I gave the a call to see if they did a “pool school” and thankfully they did. From talking to Sabrina via text to Preston calling me all within a span of maybe 4 hours they set a call from Shane-who was the one was in charge of set up/install of our pool (bonus!)and Shane and I set up and appointment was just about seamless and pain free. What a relief to have this pleasant an experience because believe me I know it’s probably really simple to do but I still skitz that I will mess something up. But just having the response from everyone involved was very refreshing given the way the world is today. Shane was on time and very patient with the barrage of questions we had since we’ve never owned a pool and it would be easy to loose patience with us. I’m thankful the offer this service even tho we are not the original owners of the pool/property. I highly recommend this office if you’re considering an in ground pool and ”

“Used Blue Haven to design and build our in ground pool and spa. They were great to work with. From the design stage right up to completion they were there to help and answer any questions or concerns we had. Shane was in charge of our job and he was seriously AMAZING start to finish. Very professional and reliable. He went above and beyond to make sure our pool was built correctly and as promised. Any questions we had he answered and explained thoroughly. He was always available for any concern we had and was very flexible with with our schedules. He made sure we understood “pool school” and our equipment and felt comfortable operating it. “What a fantastic experience from start to finish. We had some great suggestions from our designer, Corey Block, which we ultimately went with. He was very quick and communicated each step until we actually started the dig. “I wish I could give 10 stars to this business. Very honest hard working people. Corey was our sales rep and he was very straight forward and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t want. He asked us our budget and worked off of that and didn’t try to sway us in any direction but answered any questions we had (which was a lot). We had two project managers on our project and they were BOTH hands down amazing. Shane was very flexible with his time and made us feel like top priority. He was very respectful was very easy to work with. He was very thorough with our “pool school” and didn’t even complain when we blew his phone up 10 minutes after leaving. The entire team was right there when the coping and tile choices were a little overwhelming. They were all very upfront and honest about timelines.
