“Hired Kasey and Kerry at Floors U Adore Beaumont Tx to do a decorative concrete finish in my sunroom. Half of room has very rough and dull areas. Does not look like pictures in reviews posted on line or the sample I was shown. I contacted Kasey but he has not returned to at least look at it and has now ghosted me. Super nice young man but can’t be counted on to stand behind their work.”

“Used these guys to do my garage and patio. We went the epoxy system in the garage, and it came out absolutely wonderful. Loved it. The back patio was great also, but didn't end up liking the color we chose. Kasey helped us find a solution to the back porch, and even though it's a little different than what we were first going for... we love it! You can tell these guys really love what they do. Great communication throughout the entire process. Would recommend them to anyone.”

I have screenshots showing we had communication and even a picture with you complaining about sunburn(looks like you tried to delete, but still shows partial on my phone). “I would give these guys more stars if I could. They are very professional yet very adaptable to customer needs. Super reasonable pricing. They met with me within an hour of my call, were exactly on time, and did an outstanding job. Our tile looks better than when it was new! I was worried about our newly painted white base boards but they did not leave a mark on them while cleaning the tile right up against the wall. Use "Floors-U-Adore" and U won't regret it!”

“We were SUPER overdue on cleaning and waxing our studio floors which receive a lot of traffic and paint / wine / who-knows-what spills. My studio manager was super impressed with how knowledgable & passionate they were to work with. The bid was done over email and was very thorough, professional & customer friendly. We had to reschedule with them once and Kasey was very accommodating. So much so that they came out on Labor Day to work around our class schedule. Kasey said it would be an 8 hour job but ended up being 11 hours, but there was no attitude or rushing. In fact they stayed to show me pics of past jobs, made sure I understood what products to use to extend the life of the seal, etc. The price was exactly what was quoted - no surprises or games. The floors look absolutely amazing - better than when they were installed 5 years ago. I would recommend Kasey & his company to anyone. We'll have them out soon to do the floors in our house :)”

“I am extremely satisfied with the finished result. My new home came with some dated tile and dark, grungy grout. I though a good cleaning would help get me by until I could get it replaced. After a deep clean and a new color seal on the grout by these guys, it looks some much better than I ever imagined it would! So much so that I don’t even feel the need to replace the tile anymore. I never imagined this would updated the space so much but it did. Very pleased with the price as well, highly recommend”

They send out appointment reminders, let us know when they get to the job site, alert us when they’re finished, and even send pictures of the finished product! “I had light colored rugs with a couple of dark stains. These guys arrived on time, called ahead to confirm arrival time, assessed the stains and explained their process , provided the price and proceeded to do a wonderful job. All three rugs are perfect with no trace of stain. They were neat, efficient and extremely polite. I highly recommend their service.”

We didn't want the expense of changing the floors but didn't want the darkened grout lines. We tried everything. Kasey and Kerry came out and did an evaluation of the situation and advised on a solution. We cleaned, stained, and sealed the tile and grout. It looks like a brand new tile floor. I was amazed.
