Eagle Roofing & Contracting

Eagle Roofing & Contracting handles foundation and concrete work from Cibolo, Texas. The company takes on leveling jobs, repairs to settled slabs, and concrete pours that tie into decks or patios. Carlos Ruiz and Scott handle the day-to-day coordination with homeowners. They also step in for painting and siding when those trades overlap with the main concrete or foundation scope.

Homeowners bring them in when a slab has dropped or cracked and needs lifting or patching. One crew leveled an entire house and left the floors stable. Another poured concrete and framed a second-story deck that tied into the existing structure. A different job fixed water damage on a carport structure that had rotted out. Several customers noted the crew finished foundation repairs that had multiple complications yet still met the original schedule.

They send quotes within hours after a site visit and book the work within a week in most cases. Crews arrive on the day they promise and keep the owner informed when something unexpected shows up. Prices land in line with the scope, and follow-up calls happen after the job wraps. Service covers the San Antonio area where most of the reviewed work took place.

Seventeen reviews sit on the profile, sixteen of them five-star. Common points include quick response times, clear communication during the job, and solid workmanship on foundation and concrete tasks. One two-star note mentioned delays on final details after payment and a mismatch on shingle color.

“I cannot speak more highly of Eagle Roofing & Contracting. Excellent work... completed on time and at the agreed-on budget. Those things seems like they should be expected, but our experience with contractors has not proven so. We decided to have the siding replaced on our second floor dormers, which also required some painting to be completed. Carlos and the Eagle team showed up to the house and sent us a full quote within hours. Once accepted, Eagle got us scheduled within a week and the work began. As the onsite crew worked over the first few days, we knew we'd found something special, and reached out to see if they would paint our entire second floor, which was a job we were not prepared to undertake at the time, but given the amazing experience we were having, we didn't want to miss out on such a great crew. Eagle got us the quote, we accepted and the crew stayed on to finish the whole job. Our whole house was transformed within a week and a half... and we've had so many neighbors tell us how great it works. None of that would have been possible without the crew at Eagle. Can't recommend them enough!”

“Eagle Roofing & Contracting did a wonderful job with our concrete and 2nd story deck! Would hire them again!”

“The team at Eagle Roofing were perfect. Carlos and Scott were exceptional throughout the entire process. They came to my house one Saturday that I requested. Arrived on time and finished My Roof in One day. It was the easiest process ever. The prices was fair. The work was best I’ve ever seen. If you need guys to do the job right the first time give them a call. I will call them for other jobs I need on my house in the future.”

“High quality small business that cares about their customers. I hired Eagle to repair my foundation. There were several hurdles but I was informed through the entire process and they went above and beyond to make sure the work was done properly. Will definitely hire them again. I worked with Carlos Ruiz and he is a real class act. Quality and professionalism 100% of the time.”

“Integrity, Honesty, Communicative, Excellence, Professionalism. I can go on. I used Eagle Roofing for total roof replacement and to say that I was highly satisfied and impressed would be an understatement. Scott was very detailed with the process and explained everything thoroughly. Scott and his crew were efficient and did one heck of a job with my roof. I now have the best looking roof in my neighborhood thanks to Eagle Roofing. There are a lot of shady characters out there and I can assure you will not be disappointed with Eagle Roofing. Scott even followed up after services were rendered and that is rare. I will definitely use Eagle Roofing for my future home improvement projects. Thanks Scott!!”

“Eagle Roofing & Contracting did my foundation leveling on my house. They were very professional and reasonably priced for the type of work being done. They were very easy to work with.”

“I HIGHLY recommend Eagle Roofing and Contracting. We had a somewhat unusual job for them to perform - repair of significant water damage to a carport - and they did a terrific job. We plan to use them for roofing replacement on the house in the near future. Don’t hesitate to give them a call!”

“Great service and super fast until you give them the first check then they’ll drag the last touches also not that friendly after getting paid. I wasn’t that happy with the color of shingles I’ve got installed. They look really different from their catalog. I was promised an aerial footage but was never delivered. They won’t go above and beyond they’re only replacing what the insurance covers even if it’s a little thing as a window blind. Would not recommend. Over an ok service.”

“I worked with Carlos who provided a quote for me in a swift manner. Although I opted to go in another direction, this price was highly competitive and the owner was extremely good at communicating with me. I will definitely return to them for my needs.”
