C4 Concrete Inc

C4 Concrete Inc takes on concrete and foundation projects around Conroe. Ivan handles many of the consultations and leads crews on jobs that range from stamped concrete pours to full shop builds. The company works directly with property owners who want drainage fixes or new flatwork installed.

Homeowners bring them erosion problems that need dry river beds and extra drainage lines along with a Koi pond addition. Others ask for stamped concrete at the house followed by a shop structure. Driveway replacements come up often along with sidewalks and patio slabs where the crews focus on clean lines and solid finishes without cutting corners.

Crews arrive when they say they will and lay out a clear plan before starting. They stay in touch as ideas change, give honest feedback on what will not work, and keep prices in line with the market. Jobs finish on schedule or with crews staying late when needed to get everything right, and the sites are left clean at the end of each day.

All of the reviews rate the company at five stars. Reviewers keep coming back to the quality of the finished concrete, the crews staying on time, and the straightforward way the work gets handled from start to finish.

“I'll be honest we are not the easiest customers to deal with -we have grand ideas that get more elaborate every day and we are very price conscious. However, C4 worked with us to help strike a balance between cost and our grand ideas, truelly being a partner in the process. They were communicative, on time, and extremely flexible with our ever changing needs, although they were not afraid to tell us when our ideas would not work and gave ideas on what would be better. We had massive water and erosion problems on our property, they recommendrd and did a dry river bed to direct the flow of water, did other drainage projects and even created a Koi pond for us. We typically do not give 5 stars as we always feel there us room for improvement, but C4 earned every star from their value, to their professionalism, craftsmanship, and collaborative approach.”

“Ivan did stamped concrete work at my house and they did an amazing job! I was so pleased with his work that I had home come back and build a shop for me and they exceeded my expectations again. Absolutely fabulous work done and easy to talk to and they are on time and hard working. I will definitely be contacting him again!”

“Awesome work! Ivan consulted with me on the details of redoing my driveway. He gave me a reasonable price and completed my driveway with his crew very efficiently and professionally. The driveway looks amazing and the best part is that they completed my driveway for a good price without any shortcuts. Again Ivan really knows what he's doing and he did a great job. I highly recommend C4 Concrete.”
