Aztec House Leveling

Aztec House Leveling operates out of Converse, Texas as a concrete and foundation contractor. They fix foundations, level floors and concrete slabs, and take on remodeling, roofing, and plumbing jobs for homes and businesses across South Texas. The outfit carries over 40 years of experience, stays licensed, bonded, and insured, and supplies engineer certification when requested. They provide free estimates along with senior citizen discounts and stand behind the work with a 10 year guarantee plus a lifetime transferable warranty.

Homeowners bring them in to check foundations before purchases, with one case where the inspection fee came off the final repair bill once the sale closed. Others needed beams and piers replaced on slab homes, driveways poured fresh in concrete, and floors leveled after settling. One customer had the house raised five years earlier and reported it still sits solid with no movement. Additional calls cover parents' homes with foundation and concrete fixes that left the surfaces looking new again.

Reviewers note the office staff stays helpful on quotes and questions while the owner remains polite during visits and keeps explanations clear. Work usually finishes on the stated schedule with decent cleanup afterward, and prices come in fair according to several accounts. The company serves South Texas addresses and responds to most estimate requests, though a few customers waited through missed callbacks or reschedules when crew members called in sick.

Google lists them at 4.7 with recurring comments on helpful staff, solid house leveling results, fair pricing, professional handling, and clear answers to questions. Most reviews highlight timely completion and good communication from the office through the crew, with a small number noting delays in initial contact or scheduling.

“I had this company level my house 5 years ago and everything is still holding up as the day they leveled it. They were quick to address the problems and did the work in a timely matter. I had recommended them to family and they used them as well. This company was fairly priced and I would definitely use them again if need be.”

“I was looking to buy a house and wanted the foundation checked before I bought. I was told I had to pay a fee at inspection and agreed to pay it. The house of my dreams did need some foundation repairs and as soon we bought the house I called Aztec back out to sign the contract so we could begin the repairs. That fee was deducted from my total price and they began repairs shortly after. I was satisfied with the whole process and impressed with how much better the house looks now. Thank you guys.”

“I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and they scheduled me at noon one day the following week. On the day of the appointment, I did not receive a call prior to the appointment so at 5-10 after 12, I called Aztec to see what was up. They didn't seem to know who or where I was at first which was weird since I should have been on their books. Once they figured out who I was, the office person tried calling the person coming to my house while I was on the phone and got no answer. She came back on the line and said they'd keep trying him, and someone would let me know. The office did eventually call back 4 hours later to tell me that someone called in sick that day, but I feel like they should have known that before a noon appointment, and certainly sooner than 4 hours later to let me know not to wait around on them. Update, they just called me again and when I said I wasn't interested in talking to them, the guy hung up on me. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️”
