“I am extremely pleased with the recent services provided (last month) by StoneHouse Foundation Repair. Previously (Dec 2025 - Jan 2026), I met with a total of four foundation repair companies (including StoneHouse) while researching to get a better idea on pricing and what their respective services and process entails (given how much of an investment as well as the level of work involved). This also included reading through customer reviews on Google (and other websites), as well as checking their respective status on the BBB website. All four companies had great customer reviews, but one in particular had several customer complaints on the BBB website (Not StoneHouse) which was taken into consideration. In addition, pricing between all three companies was drastic in comparison, with StoneHouse coming in at the lowest (The most expensive estimate I received from one of the companies was literally three times the price I paid StoneHouse). I had 31 steel piers installed around the entire circumference of my home to stabilize the foundation due to some serious settling that occurred mostly throughout 2025. “Matt, the sales rep, was great from the beginning. He was easy to work with, answered all my questions, and never once made me feel pressured, which I really appreciated. Robert, the project manager, was also great. He kept me informed while the work was being done. JJ, their plumber, was hands down great from the start. He helped identify an issue near the clean out drain line and was very helpful throughout the process. I decided I wanted to do the plumbing repair myself, and JJ gave me his number in case I had questions. I ended up reaching out to him, and he was more than willing to help. “All the people working for Stonehouse Foundation Repair, over the phone and in person, were all very professional and respectful. They all knew their different trades and career job specialties with extreme level of knowledge and expertise. They added the correct number of steel Foundation piers and raised our foundation to the correct level in May 2026 to our house that was built in 2007 in Champions Park. We are very happy that they did this because we would have had catastrophic structural problems if not handled now. They also gave military discount as well as gave excellent prices. The steel beam piers that were added will provide a lifetime warranty on that section of the home's foundation because it will provide a permanent stability to the foundation compared to other companies who will only add more concrete in to raise the foundation, which only provides a few years stability (non-sinking foundation). I knew the situation was dire on my home that was originally built in the late 1800s which for all intents and purposes admittedly make me a PIA customer.
