“When selecting any product or service, it is the consumer's responsibility and obligation to ask questions and interview sellers and service providers. This is especially true for concrete contractors. Concrete and concrete work is expensive, so must be done correctly the FIRST time. Fixing mistakes, or having to do it over would be financially prohibitive for most. When first meeting with the Silver Star Construction/Concrete team, all my concerns were made known to Marcelo Jr. He listened, noted, and addressed each one, then explained how his team would ensure every concern was addressed and incorporated into the concrete work. I wanted a 6" monolithic slab, with thick, and durable moisture barrier. I wanted 1/2" rebar, tripple reenforced within the footers. I wanted rebar chair”
