“Excellent Job! From the moment I called to the time they left the job, JACON was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I did not have an exact plan, but upon providing guidance to Mr. Acosta he returned within minutes with an estimate and his professional opinion. I took his advice, the concrete pad came in under time (2 days instead of 3) including repair/clean up and on budget (no hidden costs or increases). We were really impressed with the excellent teamwork and coordination by all of the personnel from JACON from the time of demolition to clean up. JACON has "just in time logistics" down to an art for each part of the operation. Due to soft grass there was some expected damage, but someone came out and fixed it the next day and cleaned up everything on the street also. Due to COVID, all of the workers wore masks and even Mr. Acosta would wear a mask and keep his distance just to keep us safe. I had four projects that I wanted to do from a concrete slab for a new shed to replacing the drive way and adding a walk way and replacing the front entry sidewalk.
