“My home had water damaged wood floors that were taken up by a prior contractor, but leaving behind thick, smelly glue (with some wood particles in it) and old leveling. I hired Floor Rescue after lots of research and they did not disappoint! They removed all of the glue and old leveling and did a light grinding process on the concrete. My house smells “normal” now and it was a pleasure walking into it after they completed their work! Jeremy and Angela were also very communicative throughout the entire process. I highly reccommend Floor Rescue!”

“After experiencing a wonderful floor repair with Floor Rescue a few years ago our contractor hired him to polish all our concrete floors as a part of a house refurbish. What should have been a straightforward project ended up destroying our beautiful polished concrete floors. We hired a second company to remediate the damage and were told that the product that Floor Rescue used on our floors had seeped so deeply into the slab that the floors could not be recolored to return to their original appearance. 17,000.00 dollars later we have ruined floors, smashed sliding door tracks, broken garage doors, broken air conditioner, and dye on our custom cabinets. This does not include the 28,000.00 we had to spend to tile the downstairs of the house. We wrote directly to the company requesting compensation for the damage, then hired a law firm to collect our damages. No response. Get a Certificate of Insurance and be advised that this company does not hold themselves responsible for unacceptable work and damage to your property.”

“If you are considering polished concrete in your house, one of the reasons is probably the durability and longevity. Of course, it's scary to pick the provider to install a product in your house that will likely still be there when you leave! My wife and I shopped and got several quotes to do polished concrete in the lower ½ of our condo, and Floor Restore wasn’t even close to the cheapest. If you are looking for the cheapest polished concrete in DFW. . . well honestly you probably shouldn’t be looking at this type of flooring! If, however, you are looking for a value leader, I firmly believe that we received the best possible value in regards to finished product, really asking and caring what our needs were, and just overall knowledge from Floor Restore. This is not a reflection on Floor Restore (you’ll notice I left 5 stars), but when Jeremy or one of the crew tells you ‘they don’t know until they see the concrete’, believe them! If you are not ok with unexpected cracks or pocks in the floor that give it its own ‘character’, look at other options besides exposed polished concrete. For us, we love the floor, love the color, and love the character. I can’t stress enough; listen to ”

“Paid a lot of money for the floor and the clear is pealing. I have to hire another company to fix his mistakes of using cheap products. He is a good salesman but if you have problems good luck getting him on the phone. He had to redo the floor not once but twice and it started chipping and flaking after 6 months. His employee was one that told me he was known for using cheap prouduct. This is definitely not the first he has heard of this and definitely won’t be the last.”

“The name says it all! Jeremy and his team saved my "Show Garage". I recently built a new home and had a company, who I will not name, come in and apply some metallic epoxy. It initially looked really good but after a few days I noticed the epoxy had failed and there was a soft/gummy spot in the middle of my garage. I called the company that installed it back and they said they would fix it, but afterwards it looked worse! It now had indentions and bubbles all over the floor. I called Jeremy and he was quick to respond and come out. He let me know he could fix it, gave me a price (that I thought was fair) and said he could start the following week. They sanded the topcoat off and cut out a section of the floor that was soft/gummy. Jeremy and his team delivered the bad news. Come to find out the initial company did NOT prep the floor properly; it was completely smooth. Jeremy gave me the new price and I gave him the go ahead to completely redo the whole floor. It now looks incredible, and I know it was done right as I was updated and even sent pictures after each step of the way.
