“Joseph and Kevin were great. After a half dozen calls, 3 quotes and a couple home visits from multiple companies, I chose Foam Works. I sent a quote request Monday. John (ZZtop John I call him!) came out Tuesday to look and give a formal quote. Good vibes with these guys, accepted and job complete by Joseph and Kevin 1 week later. Joseph explained it all, showed me the grade change for water flow of the 2 slabs lifted. Perfect. “I’m ultimately thankful I did not move forward with this company because the customer service experience raised concerns before I even signed a contract. I was quoted a little over $3,800 for the work I wanted done, and I simply asked whether there was any flexibility to get closer to $3,000. The response I received was: “Man, I don’t mean to be rude, but unfortunately that’s insane. I won’t be able to help you. Good luck on your endeavors.” I completely understand that not every company can negotiate pricing, and I would have respected a professional “no.” Had the conversation been handled differently, I would have moved forward at the original quoted amount. Unfortunately, the dismissive and unprofessional response changed my mind entirely. They may very well do quality work, but based on my experience, I personally would not choose to work with a company that communicates with potential customers this way.”

“The product works, but make sure you oversee where they are going to inject. I used them to level a portion of my pool deck, which they did, but in the process, they broke and clogged the pool overflow line. Unfortunately, I was at work and not at home when they came to do the bid and then to perform the job. The quote with pictures they provided did not indicate where the injections would be, leading to one injection point being directly on top of the drain line. A little attention to detail and workmanship would have prevented a big headache for me. I called John and left a voicemail but never received a call back. Ultimately, I had to have the pool deck cut and the line totally replaced due to the negligence of their crew not taking 2 minutes to look or even ask about the location of the injections. I recommend future customers insist on being present during the inspection and injection process to avoid similar issues. The company needs to improve its communication and attention to detail to prevent such problems.”

“The first floor of our 10,000 square foot church education building had sunk as much as 3 inches in some places. Jordy and Adrian's teams along with Johnny the operations manager arrived on site on Friday night after all the kids were gone and got right to work. By about 9:30 that night, doors that had not opened and closed properly in over a year were moving freely in their doorframes and buldges in the floor around columns had returned to proper levels. No mishaps, no issues, no problems. these guys are the real deal!”

“We hired this company to provide foam injection to fill voids beneath a pool deck for a full pool remodel we’re doing. After their initial visit voids were discovered were in some of the areas they had worked on. They came back over a week later which stoped all progress on the project and put them outside the time specified of substantial in our contract. On their second visit I personally instructed them on the location of the voids and observed as they began work in the areas specified. After they left and called their part of the project complete large and small voids were once again located in sone of the same areas they claimed to have completed two previous times. My crew and I eventually supplemented their work pursuant to our contractual provisions related to incomplete or unsatisfactory work. FoamWorks refused to pay the full amount for the supplemental corrections and demanded full payment as well as threatened legal action for which they had no grounds or hope of success. I strongly urge contractors to attempt to engage alternative foam companies prior to settling for this organization whom lacks integrity.”

“FoamWorksPro did an amazing job. My driveway was sunk down 4+ inches and looked terrible. My truck would get stuck on a slow roll down the driveway. They came out and the two guys got to it quickly and let me watch. It is an amazing product/process. You can see the before and after pictures. Really something to see. I was going to pour a whole new driveway. They saved me Thousand$$$$$. I had another quote that was hundreds more for the same thing. If you don't use them, you are wasting money. Update: 12/10/18. Almost a year later after their work, the slab sunk about and inch and I figured there would be a little settling. They came out and releveled it under warranty and it looks perfect. They even adding some more self leveling sealant in the expansion joints. Once again, if you don't use FoamWorks and you really will waste money.”

“No matter what you do DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY WORK FOR YOU. We contacted this company about having the concrete deck around our swimming pool leveled as it slanted a little over the years, they sent out there salesman to take a look and give us a quote, he showed up and did his measurements and quoted me $1300, i agreed and he emailed me the contract which i signed and emailed back, in the email i asked him if there work might cause any damage to the swimming pool, his reply was ( no, I would not do something that would damage your pool. We do tons of poo decks and we have it down to an art.). We set up a date and his workers showed up, they drilled about six or seven holes in the deck and started pumping their foam, the stones around the pool near the area they where pumping the foam into where lifted and broken due to the pressure the foam caused, we asked to stop and i asked the guy why would they destroy the pool like that? his answer was (we really did't work around swimming pools much) , and told me that i need to get someone to fix the stones, they picked up their equipment and left, i called the salesman and explained to him what happened, he said he will call t”
