Garcia's Foundation and Drainage

Garcia's Foundation and Drainage handles foundation and concrete work out of Garland, Texas. The owner-operated company was started by Jesus Garcia's father after more than 27 years in the trade and is now run by Jesus with over 7 years of his own experience. Services include foundation repairs, concrete work, drainage solutions, seamless gutters and downspouts, excavation services, retaining wall construction, site preparation, tunneling, covered patios, and pergolas. The business lists an address in Dallas and covers the broader North Texas region.

Customers describe foundation repairs that stopped sticking doors and wall cracks in older homes, drainage fixes for flooding garages and basements, driveway concrete pours, retaining walls topped with iron fence, and added pergolas plus patios. Jesus and Julian often handled estimates and site visits while crews managed the daily work on these jobs. Reviewers noted organized crews that finished laundry room builds, full interior remodels, roof work, and plumbing updates alongside the main foundation and drainage tasks.

Reviewers mention same-day quotes, quick scheduling within a week, and crews that answer questions on materials and next steps without pushing extra services. Work stays on schedule or finishes under budget, with sites left cleaner than found and owners checking progress in person. The company serves the DFW area, responds to calls promptly, and keeps homeowners updated on both small repairs like gutter installs and bigger jobs like pier and beam fixes.

Feedback shows a 4.9 rating with repeated notes on honest advice, fast timelines, professional crews, and solid results across foundation, drainage, and concrete projects.

“It is with Great Joy and Honor to leave this review of Garcia's Foundation and Drainage. From the Owner to the Crew onsite; everyone treated this project as if it were their own home. I mean it started with the Estimate appointment all the way to the end with the Owner of the company personally drove to my home to walk with viewing the finish results. Every single question was answered thoroughly and I was educated about the materials that would be used. There was no wasted time or reviewing of the project on paper. That crew was super organized, the structure and team work was amazing to watch. I highly recommend Garcia's Foundation and Drainage. The 5stars I am giving isn't just me throwing it out there, but a very sincere 5stars. We have had some major rain since the install and my foundation, back yard, and side yards did not flood for the first time in the history of me living here. No more getting up in the early mornings or late nights to push water away from my home with my wife. Our installed system is working beautifully as it was built to do. “Best decision you'll ever make is using Garcias LLC! We hired them to essentially redo our entire house -- foundation, drainage, plumbing, new roof and insolation, interior renovations including knocking down and building new walls, renovating the entire master bathroom + master closet + laundry room, new doors, restained wood floors, painted interior and exterior of the house, built us a new brick back patio and pergola, fixed the gas line and sprinklers, added vents to our garage -- and more! They have exceeded all expectations, and their work is exceptional. Julian and his team are always reachable and reply/act quickly to any requests (you will never be chasing them down to get back to you!). They are honest, reliable, and trustworthy when it comes to recommendations on what is best for your home long-term. They also work quickly and are extremely respectful and flexible about your needs. They made the entire process so much less stressful (and actually enjoyable!). We have recommended them to family and friends, who also have had incredible experiences with them on a range of different projects. Thank you, Julian and team, for helping us build the house of our dreams!”

“As a first time homeowner, my wife and I really lucked out finding Garcia's Foundation and Drainage. They were instrumental helping us navigate some significant repairs on our 75 year old (new to us) home. Garcia's completed foundation, drainage, roof, misc. plumbing including pipe replacement and new gas line, an entire interior remodel including moving walls, new bathrooms, closets, laundry room, and a beautiful back patio and pergola (suggested by Garcia's). Julian, Jesus and the whole crew couldn't be nicer or more professional. The speed and quality of their work is impressive and they tell you what they're going to do and when they're going to do it - with no surprises! I learned throughout the process that Garcia's has the experience and can literally do any work you need done. Most importantly Garcia's is as trustworthy as they come and for the course of our project told us what was necessary or unncecessary. They made our project stress free and I couldn't recommend this operation enough!”

“Great experience! We had Garcias LLc come out to install some area drains to help our flooding garage. Jesus was responsive and provided plenty of follow up. So happy we chose them, will absolutely call them up again. Thanks again guys!”

“Great Team! I needed to have some work done to my drive way and Jesus and his team dead a great job! Highly recommend if you are in the dfw area!”

“This company has exceeded my expectations. I hired them to fix my foundation as I was having major issues with doors sticking and cracks appearing all over my house. Julian came out quickly and gave me a quote the same day and got me scheduled within a week! No waiting or having to call them to send you the estimate. I also asked him about other things that I was recommended but Julian mentioned it was not necessary, meaning these guys will not be selling you services just to make money off of you. Very professional, finished the job in a timely manner and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Also, there lifetime warranty, shows you that Julian and his team stand behind their work.”

“We purchase a 110 year old house that was newly renovated and the additional weight damaged the foundation. Garcia was able to fix the foundation and add a much needed drainage system. We are very satisfied with the work that they did. I have already recommended them to my family and friends.”

“We couldn't be more pleased with our experience using Garcia's Foundation and Drainage Company for both gutter installation and foundation work. From the very beginning, their team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They took the time to walk us through every step of the process, answering all our questions and making what could have been a stressful project feel simple and efficient. Their workmanship was top-notch—everything was completed on schedule and with great attention to detail. It's clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the quality of their work. Whether you're dealing with drainage, foundation concerns, or need new gutters installed, we highly recommend Garcia's. They truly deliver peace of mind with exceptional service.”

“great job of building a retaining wall and iron fence on top. team show up early everyday and get the job done in a timeline manner. Owner paid visits to our site everyday to make sure quality. We are very happy with the work and would highly recommend to anyone.”

“Julian and the team were knowledgeable, helpful, and overall great to work with. They fixed my pier and beam foundation fast and for a reasonable cost. Before Garcia's came out, I had another (larger) foundation company look at the house and offer a quote. Julian spent 3X longer assessing my house inside and out, offered what I think was a better and more tailored solution, and ultimately saved me about $5K. Highly recommend.”

“Garcia's has done 2 jobs for us. Fair price, great communication and the crew is hard working.. they leave the site cleaner than when they started. I would highly recommend them.”

“This company does excellent work. They are very punctual and professional, ensure they present how they will address your concern(s), and answer clearly any questions you may have. The team that worked on our drainage issues were all conscientious, hard workers. Their workmanship was excellent, clean up was amazing, and we are very pleased with the results. We will definately work with them in the future and would highly recommend them to others! "Thank you" Garcia's Foundation and Drainage Repairs for the superb customer service and quality workmanship!”

“Mr. Garcia and his work crew were very professional. We had Mr. Garcia come out to our home to perform an inspection on our foundation. We couldn't be happier with the work that he and his crew did for us. We also had them scrap our popcorn ceilings which they did an excellent job. We would hire him again. Billy Griffin Buckner Terrace Dallas, TX.”

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Garcia’s Foundation and Drainage while experiencing both types of repairs. They have always been fair, on time and great communication. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for great work and satisfaction!”

“Great experience. My basement was leaking after heavy rains and their crew did a great job excavating all around the exterior and applying new waterproofing. They also installed a new French drain and I really feel like they truly took care to install it well. They worked quickly and did a great job with cleanup. Above and beyond. Highly recommended.”

“When I first called JJJGarcías I spoke to Jesus . He was very communicative and profesional throughout the process . Once they came out to the house for the estimate , Julian was also very informative and answered all my questions . I also inquired about other services they provided but he told me it wasn't necessary which tells me these guys are honest and not trying to squeeze every dollar out of people . Would hire them again in the future .”
