“Ram Jack recently installed 10 exterior piles and six interior piles at my home. From very beginning, it was a wonderful experience. Bobby Torres came to my house initially and spent a lot of time doing a floor slab elevation survey inland diacuasing what options I had available. He then worked closely with his structural engineers to make sure they came up with the best solution for my problem. in our case, they used driven steel piles that extended all the way to bedrock, which is important when having settlement issues. Bobby stayed in touch with me every step of the way. They also have a great financing option. On the day that work was performed, Miguel was heading up operations. He was very professional, and you could tell he really knew what he was doing. We had to make adjustments due to some variable thicknesses in our floor slab and they were right on top of it. They even completed the work in two days rather than the three days that were estimated. I was very impressed with their professionalism and the time they took to make sure the proper work was performed. I would highly recommend Ram Jack for anyone who is having Foundation settlement problems.”

“They did a great job. but they had to access areas in the house and they drilled through my ceramic tile floors in several places and it would have been nice to know at the outset that could not be repaired and we had to replace the entire flooring and that was a big $$ item. The workers were super friendly and respectful of the house otherwise, (the new floors are beautiful) and it appears that the foundation is in much better condition and we see improvement inside with doors and cracks. “I want to thank Shane for his help. I had just bought a house that was having issue with plumbing. Turns out it was a major job. During this major problem I need immediate help with foundation. Shane was able to get there the next day and evaluate the situation. Turns out all my concerns with paperwork from previous own was all messed up. “From my 1st quote 2 years ago, until I finally completed the job. The experience was great. Jose Gayton gave a great explanation of the product, which I was sold. May be a little expensive, but you have a limited lifetime warranty. I am big on warranties when it comes to expensive products, so I feel the price is worth it. The staff that came out and completed the work was excellent. Ms. Wendy, who took my payments had great customer service. So from the beginning to the end, I had a great experience. “I have had the most horrible experience with this company ever they came out and did 25,000 worth of foundation repair less than a year ago of course all of this was supposed to be under warranty now after less than one year I've had a large separation in the slab which has caused significant amounts moisture to come up I've had to have a separate company come out lay rebar and concrete slab to correct the issue. After contacting Ram Jack they were very argumentative over the phone and did not even want to schedule an appointment to come out and look I would never recommend this company to anyone I have pictures to show proof”
