“Samuel agreed to pour a patio extension for me. We agreed on a price and he said he was making very little on it. In exchange for the “good deal”, he asked for a good review. I would have been happy to give him a good review, if he had held up his end of the deal. Samuel and his subs made multiple mistakes. I asked for rounded corners, that didn’t happen. His team completely missed a part of the pour that was originally staked off. They had to come back the next day to pour it. They used a small piece of machinery to bring the concrete to my back patio and ended up tearing up my yard. He apologized and said his foreman was supposed to lay down plywood to protect the grass, but they had a truck break down and that’s where the supplies were. He rarely, if ever, showed up when he said he would. He was scattered due to how many jobs he was trying to juggle….he mentioned that on more than one occasion. I was very flexible throughout the whole process and gave the poor kid grace. I’m writing this review and giving him a single star because he didn’t keep his word. If a man doesn’t have his word, he doesn’t have anything. Samuel showed up on a Friday evening around 6pm to “”

“I hired Sam and Alfredo to build a new fence for me, which they did. However, 2mos later several of the post footings are cracked and the posts have separated from the concrete along with numerous pickets that are not plum. I tried numerous times to contact them and have the situation resolved but they have completely ignored me and left me hanging with a fence that’s not likely to last two years. Wouldn’t hire them to do anything ever again and warn anyone who might that they are likely to be ghosted like I was.”

“Just take my word for it and stay far away from this guy. Shame on me for paying before they were completely done. The crew left materials and concrete all over my yard, concrete splatter on my house, beer cans and trash on my patio and they took my gate apart and left it dismantled. I called multiple times to ask when they would be back and I got no response. I called from my wife’s phone and he answered and said he was busy but they would be back that day, and as I thought they weren’t back at all. Do yourself a favor and do not even consider this company.”

“On May 14, 2023, I engaged your company, represented by Sam, to complete a patio extension with black metal trim, gravel, and a 10x10 cement slab. The project was scheduled to start on May 26, 2023 and to be completed by May 30, 2023. Regrettably, neither Sam nor any other member of your team showed up to finish the job, and Sam has ceased responding to my messages and phone calls. Prior to this, Sam had delivered the gravel we ordered for the project. Upon delivery, I specifically requested that Sam place the gravel in our backyard to prevent damage to our front yard and avoid potential HOA fines. Unfortunately, he ignored my request and dumped 1.5 yards of gravel on our grass, causing significant damage to our lawn.”
