“Chris came out and gave me an estimate and showed me where the piers will be placed and why I need the numbers of piers he recommended. The measurements showed that my floor dropped another 1” from March (to August). Pinnacle walk us through the process, and let us know every next steps. They showed up on time. My piers turned out to be about 38-40 feet, slightly deeper than anticipated. All was good and the crew finished their job the next day instead of rushing. For every step, I get a call for approval or information. We are just waiting for the brick walk to get repaired and we will be done. All the cracks or gaps within the house are closed up now and one sticky door operates smoothly now. I’m very happy I picked Pinnacle.”

“Luis and his crew were awesome from start to finish. From the day we moved in, we’ve dealt with a constant water issue that ran down the side of the house and across the sidewalk. Aside from it being an eye sore, it was a hazard for anyone walking by within the neighborhood. Since the water was constant, Pinnacle dug a 3 ft French drain down the side of the home, across the driveway and out the side of the curb away from the house. A+ work, communication and follow up. I came in with an independent structural engineer’s report, and Pinnacle conducted their own thorough assessment using GPR and identified additional issues beyond what was noted in the engineering report. Brian spent nearly two hours evaluating my property and educating me, walking through their findings, and answering every question without making me feel rushed or pressured. I especially appreciated their transparency and honesty. Brian even encouraged me to go back to my structural engineer, challenge the report, and “poke holes” in the findings before moving forward. We do not like to have to spend a lot of money more than once for the same repair so we CAREFULLY read each bid and asked a lot of questions. Keith at Pinnacle gave us a lot of information and it matched what we had already been learning in our research.
