Josh and/or Stephen met with the adjusters during the inspection and were able to point out items missed by the adjuster! “Bedrock repaired some storm damage after hail and high winds rolled through. There was a representative present when my insurance company showed up, and a good thing too!! He was able to point out several issues that the insurance man didn't see that were caused by the storm. They were able to provide an entire new roof, gutters, and even did interior work from where the roof leaked inside the house. All was done in the time and budget that was originally quoted - I would recommend these guys to anyone!!”

“They subcontracted to locals in the area that had did such a poor quality job, drank alcohol on the job, and left before the job was finished. The owner couldn't have cared less, they already got paid considering their Project Manager swindled our insurance checks before even starting the job. Beware of these people!! When another storm hits, they will dump your project before it is even completed to gain new business. They will mislead you into thinking they have quality standards in place, they will hire locals at the lowest price sacrificing quality for more money in their own pocket. They won't even bother checking to see if the job is done correctly. DO NOT PAY THEM A DIME UPFRONT. They will try to sell you on upgrades to your home, try to convince you that they can roll it into the insurance proceeds, convince you that giving them a "good faith" payment upfront for said supplies is necessary. An "established" company like this should NEVER demand payment upfront. Buyer beware, they will not care how your roof turns out. We learned the hard way after trusting them. We ended up having to pay another roofing company to completely redo the work because they left our home in piec”

“After the storm hit, my roof was really messed up. Bedrock came out did a quick assessment and was able to get it all fixed up very quickly. Jessica and Stephanie were very helpful and quickly answered any concerns that I had. The thecnicians were friendly, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job... thanks Bedrock.”

“When I needed a new roof, these guys handled everything for me! They even helped me file my claim and met with the insurance adjuster. They showed up as planned and were finished the next day. They cleaned up every bit of their mess- no shingles or nails left in the yard, etc. I highly recommend them to anyone.”

“If i could give it zero stars, I would. They don't know who they subcontract with for your work but tell you it's "their crew" which turns out to be the lowest bidders with the lowest skills. There is nobody representative of the company to oversee workmanship and if you are outside of the immediate Ft. Worth area, they could care less what type of "roof" you end up with. These people should not even be in business. Interesting that positive reviews are left by people with last name "van osdell" which happens to be the office manager's last name and the owner's sister....hmmmm, i guess they have to resort to family leaving "positive" reviews to make them look better because they really don't care about quality workmanship.”
