“After getting some foundation work done we noticed one of our walls starting to bow outwards. We were worried it would eventually buckle so we called Brick Experts for a quote to rebuild it. They were prompt getting it scheduled and explained everything that would need to be done. We didn't expect to find torn up insulation/sheathing once the wall was down. I was worried it would be something I would need to fix on my own before work could continue but they quoted that as well and had new insulation and sheathing up within the day. Excellent pricing, flexible scheduling, amazing work. They respected our property and cleaned up after the work was done. Nothing was left behind for us to get rid of. We would absolutely hire this team again for any future masonry needs.”

I asked many questions about the build process and it was evident that Marcos had actually done masonry work before. The actual work started within one week. Responsive and easy to do business with. The brick mason crew spent about 1 1/2 days on the rebuild which included a new base which now has rebar to reinforce against movement of Carrollton soil. They were deliberate and meticulous with the build. It was obvious from watching that these gentlemen were experienced brick masons. They made precision brick cuts with masonry saw so rounded top of mailbox had smooth angles and corners. “Really poor customer service from the start. Spoke with David, who planned things very last minute and seemed to just "squeeze" us into the schedule. Crew showed up, made repairs and left a large mess. Called David to see why they left such a mess and let him know we had cash for payment that we wanted to hand deliver to him. He said he would send the crew by the next day to clean up and he would come by to pick up payment. Crew came by and "cleaned" but their was a significant mess that we had to clean ourselves. Mortar is barely a match. Months went by and David never called or came back for payment or to check the work. Our family reached back out in a good faith effort to make payment and he said "mail a check, I'm in Oklahoma for the next month." I again reminded him that we were a cash pay customer and that's why we were awaiting him to come back by. He asked us what our address was, we replied with the street name the work was done on and he said he doesn't remember. After much back and forth, he then arranged to come by after 5:30 pm the next day to pickup the money. At 4:45 pm on the next day, he asked if we were home for him to pick up the money.
