Platinum Pools And Outdoor Living

Platinum Pools And Outdoor Living works out of Grapevine, Texas as a concrete contractor focused on pool and outdoor projects. Adrian Griffee runs the company and personally designs every job while staying the direct contact through completion. The outfit takes on eight to ten projects a year with its strongest presence in Grapevine, Colleyville, Southlake, Keller, Westlake, and Trophy Club. Work covers custom pool builds, outdoor living spaces, hardscape, water features, and full renovations.

Customers call for pool renovations that include equipment swaps, removal of old spas replaced by larger raised versions, added tanning ledges, new decking, replastering, retiling, and water feature walls. Adrian and Joe handle new pool projects from design through final walkthrough, along with salt cell additions and full backyard updates. These jobs turn dated or damaged pools into updated spaces that change how the yard gets used, with crews delivering clean finishes on concrete work and related features.

Adrian keeps in touch on every step and next actions while offering tile and plaster choices without added cost. The crew shows up when promised, keeps sites clean, and finishes on schedule across the DFW area including Frisco. Pricing comes in lower than national outfits on comparable work, and Adrian stays on site regularly to answer questions and adjust as needed without pushing extra items.

Reviews total more than twenty and all sit at five stars, with repeated notes on clear communication, solid workmanship, fair costs, and steady involvement from Adrian and Joe on every phase. Google lists a five rating though with zero reviews shown on that profile.

“I would highly recommend Platinum Pools and Outdoor Living for a pool renovation and equipment replacement. Adrian and his crew are very knowledgeable about swimming pools and equipment replacement. His pricing was lower by $25,000 than national chains and he offered multiple options for tile and plaster colors at no extra charge, national chains charged extra for none basic colors! From start to finish Adrian and his crew was always in communication as to the next steps and they exceeded expectations throughout the process. You made my 30 year old pool new again! Thank you, Adrian for the excellent service! A happy Colleyville customer!”

“We couldn’t be happier with our pool remodel from Platinum Pools & Outdoor Living! Our old spa was removed and replaced with a much larger raised spa, and they added a beautiful tanning ledge that has completely transformed the way we use our pool. The new decking tied everything together and gave our entire backyard a fresh, modern look. Adrian was attentive throughout the project and made sure everything was completed to a very high standard. The crew was professional, communication was excellent, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. If you’re considering a pool renovation in Colleyville, we highly recommend Platinum Pools & Outdoor Living”

“What better way to celebrate America’s 250th Birthday than out by a newly renovated pool! 10 out of 10 recommend Platnium Pools - they were recommended to us by our neighbors and after looking at several different companies, we were so pleased we went with them! A lot of companies I felt the vibe would get us ‘locked in’ on contract and we would never see that person again. Adrian and Joe were involved in every aspect of the project and delivered on when the pool would be completed. Adrian seen our wants and didn’t try to push us in getting something done we didn’t need. He has a vision and even made our pool safer and more modern by suggesting we cut out our spill way. So glad we did! Joe was there every step of the way. He treats you like a friend and always addresses you by name. I had a question one morning and within 10 mins Joe was over at the house assessing the progress. They were both very involved and that is what we wanted. Even if my husband wasn’t entirely on board with the remodel, they ensured us they would make it right and would be happy with the end result. We are not just happy…we are incredibly pleased and LOVE how the pool turned out! Thank you again to Adrian ”

“We recently completed a new pool project with Platinum Pools and Outdoor Living, and we could not be happier with the entire experience. From the initial design consultation to the final walkthrough, communication was superb every step of the way. What really set Platinum apart was Adrian's involvement throughout the project. He was available, responsive, and attentive during every stage of the build. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and we always felt informed about what was happening next. The quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations, and the finished pool has completely transformed our backyard. Building a pool can be stressful, but Adrian and his team made the process smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend Platinum Pools and Outdoor Living to anyone looking for a quality pool builder in Grapevine.”

“We built our backyard with Adrian at Platinum Pools, right at the height of the COVID shortages.I should preface this by saying I work in real estate, and so with that, I have to be Type A in my job as perfection is the only way to meet up to client's expectations. Not only did Adrian deal with my Type A personality (and anxiety!), but he did so with grace and kindness. He was patient and knowledgeable. But, here is what I really want to convey. Not only do we love our pool, but Adrian has been a constant in our lives since. Shortly after our pool was completed (within weeks), was the historic 2021 storm. He knew my husband was at work because he was an essential worker and I was left in a home with no power trying to single-handedly save my pool that was freezing over by the minute. He drove from Keller, (collecting all the PVC piping he could at Home Depots before everyone else started doing the exact same thing) and came to my house with an ice pick and any other tool we could find to begin breaking up the ice. Y'all. NO OTHER POOL BUILDER HAS THAT LEVEL OF SERVICE TO THEIR CLIENTS. Any question we have, he answers the phone. Any service need we have, he promptly quot”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend Platinum Pools & Outdoor Living We recently completed a pool renovation at our home in Southlake, and we are very pleased with the results. From start to finish, Platinum Pools & Outdoor Living met expectations. Adrian, the owner, is knowledgeable and takes a true customer-first approach. What I appreciated most was his professionalism. He doesn't overpromise just to win the job. Instead, he listens, provides expert guidance, and delivers on what he says. Joe led the on-site renovation process and was outstanding to work with. Like Adrian, he genuinely puts the customer first. His team was professional, hardworking, and committed to quality workmanship. Our renovation included a complete transformation of our waterfall wall. We went from a tile wall with sheer descent waterfalls to a beautiful stone waterwall featuring scupper spouts. The change gave us the classic, timeless look we were hoping for, and the finished product turned out absolutely amazing. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is evident in the finished product. If you're considering a new pool or pool renovation or a backyard project, I highly recommend Platinum Pools & Outdoor Living. Ad”

“My mother had her pool built by Adrian and his team at Platinum Pools and Outdoor Living years ago, and her experience was so positive that she didn't hesitate to refer me when I was ready to remodel my own pool here in Grapevine, Texas. Our pool had really seen better days — it was tired, dated, and we were starting to avoid using it. What Adrian's team delivered absolutely blew us away. They completely transformed our aging pool into something that looks and feels brand new. You'd never guess it was the same pool! “Just had Platinum Pools and Outdoor Living redo our pool with a pebble finish and it looks awesome. Crew showed up when they said, kept things clean, and finished on time. Their quote wasn’t the cheapest we got, but nowhere near the most expensive. Honestly glad we didn’t go with the cheaper guys — you could tell they were cutting corners. Worth every penny. Highly recommend if you’re in Grapevine and need pool work done.”

“We just had our pool finished and I wanted to share how happy we are with the whole experience. From start to finish, the quality of the work really stood out. Everything looks clean, well-built, and exactly how we hoped it would turn out. What impressed me just as much was the communication. Adrian, the owner, stayed involved and made sure things kept moving, and his superintendent Joe was on-site regularly and always kept us updated. If we had a question or concern, they responded quickly and actually followed through. Building a pool can be stressful, but they made the process feel smooth and organized.
