“We found ourselves in an emergency situation and we needed an entire replacement of our front driveway - and we needed it beyond fast. We called about a dozen locals and the price's they were quoting were downright criminal. But Mr. Art and Ms. Alicia were as comforting as a Family member. We even told them about some of our financial issues and they told us not to sweat it and laid out a payment plan that was suitable for both parties. The weather acted like an ass, but once there was daylight, they were on it. These folk and their incredible crew worked until late in the evening to help us meet our deadline ( boy, home owner insurance can be a major yank); and when the work was done, we had the best driveway in the entire neighborhood. The crew even came out the next day and cleaned not only the driveway, but whatever " mess" they made along the way ( they didn't make a mess). “My home insurance company told me that they were going to cancel my policy in 30 days if my driveway was not replaced due to cracks and unevenness. This put me in the process of urgently trying to gather quotes and get someone out to repair/replace my driveway! I had a lot of issues with other companies not calling me back, not coming out when they told me they would, etc etc. Z-Master Concrete, however, was promptly responsive, scheduled a specific time to be at my home for the quote (and they were a little early, even!!), and started the work the day after I accepted their proposal to replace my driveway and walkway to the house. The work was completed so quickly! Everything was turned around in a week, and it looks amazing. I am so happy with the results, and the pricing was reasonable and as I had expected. I would recommend this company for concrete work any day. I am sure they are just as reliable for their other services, too, but I have yet to find out. “I had all the old wood slots in my driveway, walkway and patio replaced. The company used a new technique that was a combination of foam pieces and.a waterproof filler that was finished off in a neutral sand color. They were very efficient in both the preparation of cleaning out the old debris and then replaced it with a better product. Also offered excellent customer service.
