“I hired this company to replace the pier‑and‑beam foundation at my home. While the work itself was OK, the customer service was awful. After the initial work, I had to request follow‑up foundation adjustments on two separate occasions. Each time, it took 10+ phone calls and 5+ cancellations or rescheduled appointments before anyone actually showed up. Even then, they never arrived on time. After the second visit, I expressed my frustration to management about the repeated cancellations and lack of communication. Shortly after escalating the issue, I was informed that my warranty had been voided due to my house having “improper drainage,” despite the fact that I had installed gutters and re‑leveled my backyard the month prior. This company is a classic example of being attentive and responsive until they receive payment - after that, their sense of urgency and respect for the customer disappears. There are many foundation companies in North Texas, I would strongly recommend choosing a different one.”
