Softroc of McKinney

Softroc of McKinney handles rubber surfacing and flooring work in McKinney, Texas. They cover residential spots like pool decks, patios, home gyms, sports courts, garage floors, and driveways along with commercial jobs such as playgrounds, retail floors, splash pads, and walking trails. Dante Clark and Madison run the operation and handle the installations for both new surfaces and repairs on existing concrete or other coatings.

Customers call them in for pool decks that turned too hot or slippery after years of use, patios damaged by foundation work or mudjacking holes, old uneven concrete steps, and driveways they want turned into basketball courts. Reviewers mention the rubber stays cooler under Texas sun, holds up to dog nails and hail without dents or slips when wet, and blends in on repair jobs so the whole area looks even again. Installs on walkways, sunroom floors, and office spaces also come up as fixes that cut noise and add comfort.

Dante stays in touch during jobs that run a couple days or get held up by weather, and the crew shows up on time to finish without extra issues. Reviewers note the work stays affordable and the team answers questions fast, even before the job starts. They serve the McKinney area and nearby spots in Collin County, with calls going to the listed number for estimates.

All posted reviews sit at five stars and keep coming back to the same points on comfort, safety on wet surfaces, durability, and steady updates from the crew.

“WOW!!!! We have kind of a long story with our backyard renovation journey, which left us with slippery, unsafe concrete, resulting in multiple falls. After having multiple "professionals" come "fix" it all with "nonslip" coatings, we went a different direction and looked into rubber. Our decking was at the end of its life as well, so we had it all covered by Softroc. It has been AMAZING. The great dane and her nails are no issue, the kids and their toys, and our furniture have not created a single dent. It even survived its first hail storm the other day. Hail stones were just bouncing off! It doesn't get as hot as the concrete, there's no risk of slipping. We LOVE it. I also loved being able to customize the color combo. I wanted something to compliment our pool color but still have a neutral base.”

“Our experience with Softroc of McKinney (SOM) and particularly Dante Clark was nothing short of exceptional! I reached out SOM FB page to confirm questions that arose from a conversation with another vendor, and not only did Dante fulfill the void in those questions but also took the time to further explain the product well beyond my concerns, and discussed the things a new customer wouldn’t know to ask as well. This product is remarkable and a great investment in our outdoor space, that will ensure even more time outside when little feet, big feet, and paws are not scorching on the surface, and the “clumsies” don’t hurt themselves if they take a spill, even when the surface is wet. We loved being involved in choosing our mix to color coordinate with our aesthetic in place, and we will be calling them back out when we are ready to finish off the back area, and our front porch. Great people, great service, great install team, great company! My fur babies Finn and Rovi gave them an 8 paws up vote!!”

“We had the best experience with the owner his family and the installers. Very friendly. Affordable as well. Can't believe how comfortable it is. No longer hot on our feet and the grandkids can enjoy their time out on the patio now. I highly recommend them.”

“Our pool deck needed to be resurfaced, and we are so happy that we found Softroc of McKinney to provide us with a kid-friendly and beautiful solution. We were able to customize our color selection which was super easy and fun! Dante kept us informed during installation process which took about 2.5 days. Very much worth it and we are super happy with how it turned out. Looking forward to having kids running around in the summer and not worrying about them slipping on the wet deck. Also looking forward to watching college football on the patio because it’s so beautiful! Thanks you! Attaching a “before” pic, along with a couple of pictures of our finished deck!”

“Our rubberised outside patio was messed up resultant from foundation repairs to the house. Softroc proposed a repair which would blend with the existing flooring. They did a great job, and were punctual, everything they promised worked out.”

“We had our concrete pool deck mudjacked last winter as sections of it began to sink due to ground shift. This left us with 18 three inch in diameter holes where the foundation company drilled through our EDPM coated areas and pumped in slurry. I contacted Softroc of McKinney to repair our EDPM and get rid of the unsightly holes. We came up with a solution that my family and friends are very pleased with! I highly recommend this company for new coating installations as well as repair work! Good communication & great work!”

I would definitely recommend this product and Softroc of McKinney for the install.”
