“I couldn’t be happier with the foundation repair work! From the initial inspection to the final walk-through, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the entire process. They explained issues clearly, provided a fair estimate, and completed the job on time with great attention to detail. “Stratum Foundation Repair is a GREAT company and I highly recommend them. From my initial conversations with Ryan Williams on the quote and process, to the quality Engineer they send out before and after the work performed, and ALL of the workers while they were here performing the foundation repair = ALL a GREAT experience. The foremen running the crew Edgar and Elvis went over each process of the job while they were here for 3 days. I knew exactly what to expect each day, they were on time, and they left our home cleaner then when they showed up! Foundation work is VERY messy and they also had to do 4 piers inside the home (they put plastic everywhere to minimize dust on stuff), so please expect there to be some dust and debris but by the time they were wrapped up and leaving, they had caulked the windows, filled in mortar in any cracks in the brick, cleaned the windows, back-filled dirt against the house where needed and put the rest of the dirt where we requested. The front flower bed area around our crepe myrtle you could not even tell the dirt was disturbed and there were like 4 piers and a root barrier put in there! We were told to expect the work to take two days, they showed up on time the first day with a large crew and we’re able to get the work done in a single day instead.
