Alexander Kranich

“Awesome retail contractor. We've been subcontracting for Stansell for several years now and they're by far the best fast food/restaurant contractor that I've worked with. They keep things on schedule and deliver quality work.”

Sam Bannister

“Stansell is holding a check from our company based on another project that is not even with them. They then "accidently" mail the check and then tell me it was canceled 2 days after I deposited it. Their field staff are unprofessional as well as their office staff. When I sent an email asking why this payment was being held the superintendent responded with a laughing face emoji.”

TJ Mouradian

“It is hard to find a perfect contractor, but they work hard, do a good job and are consistently on schedule, which is critical. And they handle any punchout work or issues very promptly.”

“Unprofessional site leadership, zero accountability, and fabrication of serious claims I visited a Stansell Construction job site today in my rear-wheel-drive pickup truck—a standard practice I’ve followed across numerous commercial sites to speak directly with field leaders about potential projects. After a polite initial conversation with the site superintendent where we exchanged business information, I backed my vehicle out of the muddy site conditions. As I was backing out, an employee flagged me down, got hostile, and started yelling at me over standard vehicle operation in the mud. I called the site superintendent back over to address the situation, but he did nothing to de-escalate or manage his crew. After leaving, I called the main office to report the incident. Shortly after, the site supervisor himself called our company line—unaware that I am the owner—and spoke with our client acquisitions manager. During that call, he and the three employees falsely claimed that I had pulled a gun on them during the encounte”
