MR CONCRETE & LANDSCAPING

MR Concrete & Landscaping handles foundation and concrete work from its base in Sugar Land, Texas. Marlon runs the operation which covers residential and commercial projects including concrete installation, custom landscaping, stamped concrete, patio covers and concrete sidewalks. The company has operated for over 10 years and offers free estimates within 40 miles of Houston with possible additional charges beyond that range up to 50 miles total.

Customers describe jobs such as patio extensions, driveway replacements, walkway repaving, shed slabs and backyard additions where crews matched existing patterns, added reinforcement like rebar, demolished old surfaces and delivered clean finishes. Marlon and the team worked through details on site, provided advice when plans needed adjustment, kept properties respected during work and finished with results that passed city inspections. Reviewers noted the concrete looked strong and attractive after projects that included landscaping and sprinkler adjustments alongside the pours.

The company responds the same day to inquiries, schedules site visits before starting and arrives on time or early to complete work within a day or two in many cases. Communication stays straightforward with clear instructions on curing times and next steps while crews clean the job site thoroughly before leaving. Pricing comes in as competitive or fair compared to other bids, crews stick to the agreed amount and accept cash or Zelle though one reviewer suggested more payment options.

All listed reviews give five-star ratings and highlight consistent professionalism, punctuality, quality finishes and reasonable costs across dozens of projects. Recurring points include quick scheduling, respect for property and solid value without overpromising.

The owner provided me a very detailed instruction about what to do for the next few days, weeks, and when the new concrete will be 100% dry and ready to use. “I hired Mr Concrete to replace my driveway. I got three estimates. They weren’t the lowest but discussing the job with the owner I felt confident he knew how to demolish the old driveway, prep the foundation, pour and finish the new concrete. They started on time and worked well into the evening to complete the job and cleanup afterwards. I couldn’t be happier with the finished project. Highly recommend.”
